To control and minimize, many countries have to try to impose radical lockdown, red zone and movement control or stay on their residents. The effectiveness of these alleviation measures is highly dependent on collaboration and the fulfillment of all members of a civilization. The knowledge, attitudes and practices people hold toward the disease play a vital role in determining a society’s willingness to accept behavioral change of the people. This study was to determine the Effect of COVID-19 in among the Bangladeshi public. A cross-sectional online survey of 260 Bangladeshi residents of various sectors and professions was conducted via Google form. Descriptive statistics, chi-square tests, t-tests and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were conducted. Principal component analysis (PCA) was considered to design a standardized scale to measure the mental stress and socioeconomic crisis. Logistic regression was applied to estimate the statistically significant association between different variables on awareness level of the country and cluster analysis (CA) was applied to examine the reliability of each item according to the components to develop a composite score. The overall rate of the level of awareness of Bangladeshi people was only 25%, although 96.9% knowing COVID-19 epidemic. The 33.5% maintain lock down and 40.0% people maintain social distance. We found lack consciousness of People spreadCOVID-19that maybe increase about 68.1% over the country and there is positive correlation between people knowing COVID-19 and awareness level. Losses in education sector are found statistically significant. The PC 1 (first principal component) explained 9.328 % of the variance which was moderate positive loaded with locality people maintain social distance (0.568) and strong positive loaded with people maintain lockdown in locality (0.619). Moreover, result shows that, stay at home was the best method to reduce this pandemic situation, and agriculture sector may overcome this economic distress. However, Meta-Analysis showed that there is strong association between awareness levels of COVID-19 and washing hands daily in the lockdown area.

But employees performance needs to sustain for the long term growth. This review study intending to identify how the individual component of Transformational leadership able to sustain employees performance. This is a review paper in nature, so this paper reviewed previous studies and identified the relationship of Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, and Individual Consideration with Sustainable Employees Performance. Based on the discussion this study has future direction for researchers to study further.
Purpose-There is a significant relationship between COVID-19 and employees performance. The fear of coronavirus negatively impacts an employee's performance. After multiple months of regular schedule work system, all of a sudden infection rate goes high. Thus, what will happen if we have to live with coronavirus and how organizations can sustain their employee's performance with fear of living with coronavirus? This study intended to identify Self-Entertainment (SE)'s mediating effect in the relationship between COVID-19 and Stress with Sustainable Employee's Performance (SEP). Design/Methodology-It is quantitative research in nature. Total of 100 were responses collected through online survey questionnaires and analyzed with IBM SPSS 25 to identify the effects of SE. Findings-COVID-19 and Stress have been proven to negatively impact SEP and SE as a mediator as the ability to minimize the negative impact of COVID-19 and Stress on SEP. Based on the discussion of the findings has been provided. Limitations and future recommendations have been offered to researches to study further in this area. Practical Implication-Organizations, employers, employees and individual will get a process to relieve stress and more focused on their daily task.
Sustaining employees performance is a critical process. Employee sustainability is crucial for achieving organizational sustainability. For an organization, it's important to understand the individual employees perspective based on their age differences. Needs and resources are different for young employees and old employees. This paper proposes a model of sustaining employees performance of diverse age groups of employees by considering individual employee’s based on Herzberg two factor theory, the motivational theory of lifespan development, and transformational leadership theory. This is a conceptual paper in nature and has successfully developed a model. The proposed model has covered important areas which can create employees satisfaction to retain them in the organization. Employee retention has been proposed as a mediator which is a strong component to build employee’s sustainable performance. For the researcher and practitioners, it will be recommended to test this model to identify its impact on employees and employers.
