ABSTRAKPusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Minyak dan Gas Bumi (PPSDM Migas) Cepu merupakan satuan kerja Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (BPSDM ESDM). Dengan pentingnya fungsi dari bangunan ini, maka dibutuhkan pemenuhan aspek kenyamanan termal untuk menunjang akti tas di dalamnya. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana pengaruh penerapan material selubung bangunan terhadap kenyamanan termal dalam bangunan. Kenyamanan termal dipengaruhi oleh kualitas kenyamanan termal, pemilihan jenis dan warna material selubung bangunan serta luas material transparan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang dikuantitati an. Yogyakarta Province until 2014 has built a total of 10 (ten) micro hydropower plants (MHP). However, from these ten MHPs, there is only 1 (one) which is still in operation, namely Kedungrong MHP. This Kedungrong MHP was selected as the research area due to its success in managing the MHP so that the electricity generated can be used by its local residents until now. Based on this best practice, the other MHPs which are still under construction or that have ‘stalled’ should learn from Kedungrong MHP to be able to reoperate so that they will be sustainable.This research employed mixed methods, between the quantitative research method and the qualitative research method. First, the data were collected using surveys, interviews and observation and then the model of the management system that Kedungrong MHP applies was described and evaluated.The findings of the research suggest that a sustainable MHP integrates three aspects, namely technical and environmental, social as well as economic aspects. The technical aspects deals with civil, mechanical and electrical components at the stages of planning, developing to operation and maintenance. The social aspects look carefully at community participation at the stages of planning, developing to operation and maintenance. Finally, the economic aspects pay attention to sources and forms of financing at the investment stage, the operation stage and the maintenance stage. In relation to the MHP scale, of those three aspects, the one that has the most significant impact on the sustainability of the MHP is the social aspects.
The purpose of this study is to build a strategy model for optimizing the achievement of IKU 5 at Jambi University. The Main Performance Index (KPI) is a benchmark of achievement made by universities in Indonesia. As a highlight, Jambi University's KPI 5 became one of the indicators whose achievement exceeded the target of 142.05%, compared to other KPI achievements. However, this achievement was not accompanied by an increase in achievement growth compared to the previous year. The decline in growth from the previous year was -51.12%. This study uses action research methods. The deepening of the problem is carried out by direct observation and document review. The available information is used as the basis for formulating a strategy model for achieving KPI 5 at Jambi University. The results of the study indicate that the main problems that need to be resolved are related to (a) management of recognition of Lecturer Performance Burden (BKD), (b) internationally recognized research ideas and results, and (c) lecturer participation in conducting research and community service. The strategies developed include (a) planning research outcomes that meet the KPI 5 indicators, (b) improving BKD management, (c) providing incentives, and (d) participation of international academic associations.
