Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktek kerja industri dan dukungan keluarga baik secara parsial ataupun secara simultan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XI jurusan bisnis daring dan pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa/i kelas XI bdp 1,2,dan 3 sejumlah 96 responden. Teknik dalam pengambilan data yaitu dengan menggunakan angket dalam bentuk google formulir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel praktek kerja industri secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 dimana lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan hasil thitung > ttabel dimana 8,676 > 1,985. Variabel dukungan keluarga secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja yang juga dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 dimana lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan hasil thitung > ttabel dimana 5,052 > 1,985. Dan secara simultan juga berpengaruh dimana Fhitung > Ftabel atau 39,896 > 3,09.
The Islamic economic system also contributes to the global economy, including in Indonesia. However, the extent to which the implementation of sharia maqasid in it still needs further research. This article tries to explore the extent of the implementation of maqasid sharia in monetary policy, especially in Indonesia. The methodology used is a literature study approach to 100 national and international journal articles, as well as books and other literature related to the implementation of the sharia maqasid. The main finding of this research is that Islamic maqasid is not only needed to formulate economic policies, both monetary, fiscal and financial policies, but also to create Islamic banking products and other real sectors
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri dan lingkungan keluarga secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap minat dalam melanjutkan Studi S2 pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Jambi. Data penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan kuantitafif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi angkatan 2018 sebanyak 60 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi awal, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPPS 21.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel efikasi diri secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap minat dalam melanjutkan Studi S2, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel atau 3,490 > 2,002. Variabel lingkungan keluarga secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap minat dalam melanjutkan Studi S2, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel atau 2,830 > 2,002. Variabel efikasi diri dan lingkungan keluarga secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat dalam melanjutkan Studi S2, dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau 22,764 > 3,16. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 44,4%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel efikasi diri dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat dalam melanjutkan Studi S2 pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Jambi.
The purpose of this study is to build a strategy model for optimizing the achievement of IKU 5 at Jambi University. The Main Performance Index (KPI) is a benchmark of achievement made by universities in Indonesia. As a highlight, Jambi University's KPI 5 became one of the indicators whose achievement exceeded the target of 142.05%, compared to other KPI achievements. However, this achievement was not accompanied by an increase in achievement growth compared to the previous year. The decline in growth from the previous year was -51.12%. This study uses action research methods. The deepening of the problem is carried out by direct observation and document review. The available information is used as the basis for formulating a strategy model for achieving KPI 5 at Jambi University. The results of the study indicate that the main problems that need to be resolved are related to (a) management of recognition of Lecturer Performance Burden (BKD), (b) internationally recognized research ideas and results, and (c) lecturer participation in conducting research and community service. The strategies developed include (a) planning research outcomes that meet the KPI 5 indicators, (b) improving BKD management, (c) providing incentives, and (d) participation of international academic associations.
The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Self Efficacy and Utilization of Learning Facilities had on the Accounting Learning Outcomes of Class XI Students Mas Nurussa'adah Tebo. This research is included in quantitative research. The method used in this research is the ex-post facto method. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires were distributed to the entire population, the population in this study was relatively small, as many as 59 students, the technique used was saturated sampling technique. Saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique in which each member of the population is sampled. This research uses multiple linear regression model. All data was processed using Microsoft Excel 2010 Software and Statistical Product And Service Solution (SPSS) release 22.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that the self-efficacy variable has a partial positive effect on learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the obtained tcount > ttable or 2,665 > 2.0025. The variable utilization of learning facilities has a partial positive effect on learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the value of tcount greater than ttable or 8.719 > 2.0025. Self-efficacy and the use of learning facilities simultaneously have a positive effect on learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the value of Fcount greater than Ftable or 42.868 > 3.2 with the value of multiple linear regression equation Y = 33,442 + 0.187 X1 + 0.718 X2 + e. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that self-efficacy and the use of learning facilities have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Attitude, Social Support, Entrepreneurial Intention
