This study aims to find out how to reward employees to increase work motivation in an Islamic perspective. The type of research used is a literature study which is carried out based on theoretical studies from the search for research journals, books, and other papers. Expectations for professionalism and good performance from an employee cannot be separated from how an agency is able to manage and reward their employees. Because the quality of human resources is an illustration of the treatment given by the agency to its employees, either directly or indirectly, has an influence on better actions.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemberian reward kepada karyawan dapat memberikan peningkatan motivasi kerjanya dalam perspektif Islam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan yang dilakukan berdasarkan kajian teoritis dari penulusuran jurnal-jurnal penelitian, buku, dan makalah lainnya. Harapan atas profesionalisme dan kinerja yang baik dari seorang karyawan tak lepas dari bagaimana suatu intansi mampu mengelola serta memberikan penghargaan (reward) terhadap karyawan mereka. Karena kualitas sumber daya manusia merupakan gambaran terhadap perlakuan yang diberikan suatu instansi kepada karyawannya baik langsung maupun tidak langsung memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi kearah yang lebih baik.
