RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo is one of the hospitals whose services have used Electronic Health Record (EHR). The implementation of EHR is frequent loading and errors during service and lacking for several menus. The research purpose was to evaluate user satisfaction related to reporting on the Electronic Health Record (EHR) in the central medical records unit Dr. RSUPN. Cipto Mangunkusumo. This research was quantitative descriptive with population of all Electronic Health Record users in the central medical record unit, with 50 sample of respondents. The sampling technique was conducted by sistematic random sampling. Data was analyzed through scoring and presented in table form. The results showed that the dimension of accuracy was 73.28%, format was 71.6%, ease of use was 69.2%, content was 69.2 %, and timelines was 65.66%. These dimension scores indicated good criteria or the user was satisfied with the current Electronic Health Record (EHR) condition, but it requires the development of information systems by adding and adjusting modules contained in the EHR so that user satisfaction continues to increase. Penggunaan EHR sering loading dan error pada saat pelayanan dan ada beberapa menu yang masih kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan pengguna terkait pelaporan pada Electronic Health Record (EHR) di unit rekam medis pusat RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi seluruh pengguna Electronic Health Record di unit rekam medis pusat, dan sampel berjumlah 50 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sistematic random sampling. Analisa data dilakukan melalui skoring dan disajika ndalam bentuk tabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi keakuratan memiliki nilai tertinggi, yaitu 73,28%, tampilan 71,6%, kemudahan pengguna 69,2%, isi 69,2%, dan waktu 65,66%. Skor dalam dimensi tersebut termasuk dalam kriteria baik atau pengguna puas terhadap konsisi Electronic Health Record (EHR) saat ini, namun masih diperlukan pengembangan sistem informasi serta menambahkan dan menyesuaikan modul yang ada di dalam EHR sehingga kepuasan pengguna terus meningkat. Anak sekolah menjadi salah satu kelompok paling rentan terhadap terjadinya masalah kesehatan karena faktor lingkungan dan pola hidup yang kurang baik. Tingkat pengetahuan seseorang merupakan salah satu faktor pembentuk perilaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan penyuluhan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) terhadap pengetahuan siswa di SMP Islam Mahfilud Duror Jelbuk. Metode penelitian menggunakan observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi yaitu 127 siswa dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada bulan September - Oktober 2016. Pengumpulan data dengan memberikan kuesioner pre test dan post test. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan software pengolahan data dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa SMP ISLAM Mahfilud Duror Jelbuk lebih banyak berjenis perempuan. Tingkat pengetahuan siswa sebelum penyuluhan dalam kategori cukup dan setelah kegiatan penyuluhan berkategori cukup. Hasil uji Wilcoxon untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan penyuluhan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan menunjukkan nilai p value = 0,000 dengan nilai alpha = 0,05 artinya terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan siswa SMP ISLAM Mahfilud Duror Jelbuk sebelum dan setelah kegiatan penyuluhan. Nilai rata rata (mean) pretest yaitu 10,86 dan postest adalah 12,31 mengalami peningkatan sehingga dapat diartikan pengetahuan siswa SMP ISLAM Mahfilud Duror Jelbuk meningkat. Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa menunjukkan adanya pengaruh kegiatan penyuluhan terhadap pengetahuan. Kegiatan penyuluhan terbukti memberikan efek positif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan, sehingga akan semakin baik jika dilakukan secara berkesinambungan.
The number of outpatient medical records at RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro has the highest late provisionthat occurred in June 2019 by 44.66%. The purpose of this report was to analyze the factors causing lateprovision of outpatient medical record files at RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. This type of researchwas qualitative. Data collection techniques used in this report were interviews and observation. The resultsshowed that the factors causing late provision of outpatient medical record files was man factors, whichare the indiscipline of filing staff in retrieving medical record files and the poly / ward officers' indiscipline inreturning medical records in a timely manner. Material factors were damage to the medical record file onthe map, missfile, emergency patient form without a folder, and the form has not been assembled. Themachine factor were the sudden power failure and the lack of borrowing and returning medical records onSINERGIS. The method factor was the unavailability of regular outpatients in the registration room. Themoney factor is that there is no financial support to give awards to officers. Improvement efforts that can bedone are filing officers not waiting for some tracers to pile up when retrieving files, evaluating the processof returning outpatient or inpatient medical record files to the filing room, always sweeping againstdamaged or non-bound documents. IT added features or menus for borrowing and returning medicalrecord files to SINERGIS. The registration officer installs a regular outpatient registration flow in theregistration room.
Background: The average of employee turnover rate in Surabaya Surgical Hospital was quite high roughly about 16.21% in 2011 until 2015. Employees’ negative behavior or feelings due to long exposure to an emotional stressor are called burnout syndrome which could trigger turnover in an organization.Aims: This study analyzed the effect of burnout syndrome towards turnover intention using organizational commitment as an intermediate variable.Methods: This study was cross-sectional research by involving 126 respondents as samples according to the proportion of each unit at Surabaya Surgical Hospital. Data were analysed statistically using multiple linier regression.Results: Respondents were mostly female (65.1%) and in the age group of 26-35 years (62.7%). Most of them were early adults, permanent employees (95.2%), and undergraduates (89.7%). While the minority have worked for 3 up to 4 years (40.5%). Burnout syndrome had a significant effect on employees’ organizational commitment. Organizational commitment showed a significant effect on turnover intention, while burnout syndrome did not show a significant effect on turnover intention.Conclusion: Burnout syndrome did not directly affect turnover intention but became a possible cause of turnover intention through organizational commitment as the intermediate variable. The results of this study could be the basis for hospital managers to decrease employee’s turnover intention by minimizing burnout syndrome and increasing organizational commitment with a better reward system.
