Amputation is a procedure of taking some dead parts of the body (especially the uper extremities and lower extremities). A proper and structured medical consultation method will facilitate the patients to make a rational decisions. This study mainly discuss about the consultation method used by doctors at RSUD Dr. Moewardi who have been handling patients with amputation cases, qualitatively with descriptive-analytical research method. The results of the study, showed several mental approach, based on the assessment test. consultation runs two ways, which means after the doctor provides mecial information as clearly as possible, the patient will give feedback and ask a question, based on the information the doctor has provided. The final decisions of the procedure that the patient will take, is given to the patient and family / caregivers. If the patient is less than 18 years old, the procedure decision is in the family hands fully. The final decisions from the patient's side must be written in an official letter. The conclusion of this study is that each patient has a different approach, due to different physical, emotional, and background conditions.
The electrolysis method for synthesizing hydroxyapatite nanoparticles (NPs) has the advantage of controlling the particle size by adjusting the potential and current used. This study aims to study the electrolysis of hydroxyapatite NPs formation and its characteristics. The solution contained Na2H2EDTA.2H2O, KH2PO4, and CaCl2, with an EDTA/PO4 3-/Ca 2+ concentration of 0.2/0.2/0.2 M. The electrolytic potential are 4, 5, and 6 volts for 6 hours. The carbon electrode spacing used is 2 cm. The precipitate formed is filtered with a vacuum jet ejector. Retentate was washed with demineralized water and dried in an oven at 105˚C. The synthesis of pure hydroxyapatite by electrolysis was successfully carried out at a potential of 5 volts. The OHion, which comes from the H2O reduction process at the cathode, is essential in the formation of brushite, which then forms hydroxyapatite. The hydroxyapatite, synthesized at a potential of 4 volts, had the smallest particle size (442.4 nm) with the largest particle surface area (417.22 m 2 /gram).
The tourism sector contributes a lot to the economic development in Indonesia, it can be seen from the number of new job opening, increasing the income of the state and increasing the economy of the people around the tourist destination. However, in its development, tourism has also experienced many problems, such as the increasingly tight competition among Southeast Asian countries in controlling the world tourism market target to make its region as the world's main tourist destination in the region. A poorly-organized marketing strategy can be a major problem in market target. It happened at the outbound tourist attraction of Bali Treetop Adventure Park located at Eka Karya Bali Botanical Garden, Bedugul, Tabanan Regency. Many tourists do not know the attraction of this outbound tour. This is due to lack of information for tourists about the tourist attraction, a less precise marketing strategy is suspected to be the main problem. The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy of Bali Treetop Adventure Park at Eka Karya Bali Botanical Garden, Bedugul, Tabanan Regency. Types of data that is used are qualitative data and quantitative data with approaches through observation, interviews, questionnaires distribution to tourists, literature study and documentation. The data analyzed in the research is the explanation of various explanations of data obtained directly from the managers of Bali Treetop Adventure Park and tourists during this research took place. The result of this research is Bali Treetop Adventure Park has several marketing strategies that is direct promotion (sales call, exhibition, brochure), promotion of mass media (magazine, baliho, Facebook, YouTube), indirect promotion (travel agent and local guide). The target of the market has been obtained but it is not maximized, this is caused by the market strategies which is not done properly. So it is necessary to improve its performance for human resources in the tourist attraction of Bali Treetop Adventure Park is to achieve the desired number of tourists visit. Keywords : outbond, tourist attractions, treetop
