The covid-19 pandemic has killed many businesses and incomes for the Slorok village community. The problem faced is the lack of capital. As a partner, the Slorok village community wishes to take advantage of the facilities they have in the form of a fish pond that can be used for betta fish breeding. The solution is to create a Betta Fish Cultivation Business. This situation requires all to keep their distance so that the hobby and activity that is highly recommended is betta fish cultivation. This hobby is growing and has many enthusiasts, and the price is increasing, so it can become one of the sources of income that can be initiated by the people of Slorok Village, Kromengan, Malang Regency. The method that will be used is a social and practical approach. The result of the implementation of this betta fish cultivation service program is that the training and practice have been carried out well by the service team and also partners. the Slorok village community as partners already have the knowledge and expertise to cultivate betta fish with star fruit. The provision of knowledge and skills in the application of betta fish cultivation is very helpful in efforts to produce quality betta fish products, so that it will improve the welfare of the local community. To be able to realize the things mentioned above, socialization and assistance are needed that can support the needs of betta fish farming.
Cover crop is an important factor which affects soil loss. The lost of soil potential is affected by plant morphology. The aim of this study was to elaborate on the effectiveness of the type of cover crops to soil loss in the same morphology and characteristic of soil. The study was carried out by applying erosion plots. Soil loss measurements were conducted four times in each demonstration plot. Soil loss for each plot was analyzed in the laboratory. The result showed that the most erodible soil with the highest amount of soil loss was in the pre onion plot and the most effectiveness for soil loss control was carrot plot. The amounts of soil loss for carrot, cabbage, and pre-onion were 0.040991 kg/8 x 10-4ha, 0.069901 kg/8 x 10-4ha, and 0.077800 kg/8 x 10-4ha, respectively. The highest runoff of 60.554 L/8 x 10-4ha, was observed at the pre onion plot. Based on the result, the most effective cover crop for soil control was the carrot. The important parts of cover crops which influenced soil loss were the shape of shade leaves and type of roots.

Untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan di bidang jasa konstruksi menjadi tidak mudah. Ada banyak pesaing dalam prakteknya oleh karena itu penelitian ini mengangkat masalah mengenai sistem pemberian pekerjaan/Proyek Jasa Konsultasi dan Konstruksi pada umumnya dan peran serta tanggung jawab pihak terkait dalam pemberian pekerjaan Jasa Konsultasi dan Konstruksi. Sebagai penelitian empiris penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengambilan data di lapangan dan menggali data secara langsung dari pelaksanaan pemberian pekerjaan jasa konstruksi di lapangan yang dilakukan oleh penyedia jasa dan pengguna jasa. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa semua pihak terkait baik pemerintah, penyedia jasa konstruksi, pengguna jasa konstruksi, organisasi jasa konstruksi serta, masyarakat memiliki peran yang cukup penting, dimana satu dengan lainnya saling terkait dalam hal proses pengawasan dalam pemberian pekerjaan jasa konstruksi.
