Porous carbons derived from bimetallic metal–organic frameworks exhibit tunable properties by controlling the ratio of metal ions (Zn and Co) in the precursors. With the optimal ratio of Zn/Co = 3 in the precursors, the porous carbons possess a superior electrosorption capacity of 45.6 mg g−1.
Smart functional polymers have gained a huge amount of interest in recent times due to their innumerable applications in areas including sensors, actuators, switchable wettability, bio-medical and environmental applications.
An optically transparent slippery surface was fabricated from a blend of Perfluoropolyether and (tridecafluoro-1,1,2,2-tetrahydrooctyl)-1-trichlorosilane by electrospraying and subsequent low temperature curing.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
