Kelompok diatom terdiri 11 spesies, yaitu; Guinardia flaccida, Rhizosolenia setigera, Navicula sp., Chaetoceros sp., Thalassionema nitzschioides, Pleurosigma normanii, Planktoniella sol, Pseudo-nitzchia brasiliana, Lauderia annulata, Socphanopysis palmeriana, Oscillatoria sp., sedangkan dari kelompok dinoflagelata terdiri dari 9 spesies, yaitu; Pyrocytis noutiluca, Dinophysis cudate., Prorocentrum lima, Alexandrium tamarence, Ceratium fusus, C. incisum, C. boehmii, Torodium teredo and Odontella sinensis.
The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the world including Indonesia since early 2020 has had a significant impact on the Indonesian economy, especially in the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s) sector. This study aims to determine an efficient business strategy to survive the COVID-19 pandemic in Padangsidimpuan City. This study uses descriptive qualitative analysis techniques with semi-structured interview methods using purposive sampling in selecting sources and then analyzed with SWOT analysis and described in the form of a matrix so as to produce several alternative SME’s business strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results showed that several sectors in Padangsidimpuan City felt the direct impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, such as the areas of public transportation and tourism which experienced a decline. Meanwhile, in the food sector it is still stable, but in services such as expeditions and delivery it has increased. The narrow space of movement between sellers and buyers that is happening now makes selling online the main solution. Businesses need to open up insight in thinking to start choosing e-marketing as a promotional path for goods and services to increase the number of sales transactions while still adhering to health protocols.
Clown fish is a type of ornamental fish that is very commonly known, namely Amphiprion ocellaris. this research Analyzes the effect of the use of pumpkin flour mixed into fish feed for color brightness and growth. The method used is an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment is the addition of pumpkin fruit flour with a different number of additional doses of treatment P0 without adding pumpkin fruit flour (control), treatment P1 5%, treatment P2 10%, treatment P3 15%, treatment P4 20%. The parameters observed were total carotenoids, survival rates, growth in length and weight of fish and water quality. Based on the analysis of variance that the addition of pumpkin fruit flour has an influence on the brightness of the color and growth, where the highest treatment was obtained in the treatment of P3, namely the addition of pumpkin fruit flour 15%, with the number of color changes of 1.2631, absolute weight growth of 0, 5853, specific weight of 0.0195, absolute length of 0.4567, specific length of 0.0152 and survival rate of 0.8000.
The activity of catching the lobster larvae that has been increased for the long term will bring a negative effect to the lobster population on earth. Therefore, the main aim of this research is to get a better knowledge about the dynamic of spiny lobster larvae abundance and its relation to the condition of the waters spatially and temporally in Awang Bay Waters of Lombok Island, Indonesia. The data collection covered the lobster larvae abundance and the quality of waters which included the physical parameter, chemistry, and phytoplankton. There were 5 random stations collected in research location. The observation of lobster larvae abundance did by installing the collector tools where the collection of the larvae is the amount of the whole collector in each station. The measurement of the waters parameter quality did directly on location and the analysis did on the laboratory. The result of the research shows that lobster larvae consist of 2 species which were Panulirus homarus (82,9%) and Panulirus ornatus (17,1%). Lobster larvae were found dominantly on January and February with the abundance 62-76 ind./unit and found more around the bay side and influenced by the condition of the water's quality. The lobster larvae abundance were positively correlated to the phytoplankton abundance, salinity, brightness, temperature, flow, turbidity, nitrate, and phosphate. Meanwhile, the larvae abundance were negatively correlated to the pH and dissolved oxygen.
