Modern organizations provide their required goods and materials easily from other organizations and even other countries and the only resource that can’t be exchanged ideally is human resources, such that an efficient and standard human resources is the most important competitive capital of a country. According to this, current research aims to explain the relationship between personality characteristics with career management of Melli Bank staff in Iran. Statistical population of this research is all employees of Melli Bank central branches which are located in Tehran city. The number of Melli Bank central branches’ employees is 2603 and the total number of branches is 28 and an appropriate group sampling method is applied. The research method is descriptive-correlation type. For data gathering, two questionnaires of career path based on Shine model and personality characteristics questionnaire were used. The results show that there is a positive significant relation between the variables of emotional stability personality with the regression coefficient of 0.143, compatible personality with the regression coefficient of 0.110, experience- oriented personality mode variable with the regression coefficient of 0.231 and work ethic personality with the regression coefficient of 0.143 and career management of Melli Bank employees. But there is no significant relation between extroversion as one of the personality characteristics and employees’ career management.

<p class="apa">Live in a society, requires the acceptance of some restrictions and rules that they applied to the individuals from the community and others social organizations. So, it can be said that socialization is a process that citizens by its help learns the values, beliefs and behavior standards which social environment have expected of them. In order to, the aim of this paper is analysis the status of sociability variables in the Iran high school textbooks with point on Shahid Motahari (Note 1) derived thoughts in framework of social theories. Applied methodology is based on librarian and documentary approach and these proofs are like data for this research. According to this research goal, for sampling was used of purposeful and theoretical sampling. Results showed that if a person don’t put itself as a separate part of its community and if some activities carried out are in accordance with the society existence and applied it as an element to affirm their identity. Finally, we analysis other parts of social ownership, social trust and it is presented some suggestions.</p>
The present study was to investigate the relationship between Uncertainty Avoidance and Power Distance based on the hofstede model with the perception of corruption was in the municipality of Ahvaz. Method in this research was descriptive correlational. The population in this study was all employees of the municipality of Ahvaz that number was 4,435 persons, of which 2,756 were in the central the municipality of and regions and 1,679 people were working in subordinate organizations. Sampling, stratified random sample size was appropriate the reliability of the questionnaire surveys with 0.736 for distance, uncertainty avoidance and power. Corruption questionnaire with reliability 0.712. The results showed that the uncertainty Avoidance was significantly associated with the perception of corruption. While the relationship between the strength of the perception of corruption is not significant.
