ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana karakter bersahabat/ komunikatif pada siswa SMPN 18 Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan penyebaran angket di SMPN 18 Kota Jambi namun hanya pada dua sampel saja yaitu untuk kelas VII D dan VII H. Kemudian data tersebut dioalah dengan menggunakan program SPSS untuk dicari analisis statistik deskriptif dan klasifikasi sikap melalui rentang. Sehingga hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa pada kelas VII D masing-masing memiliki persentasi 50 % baik untuk siswa yang dikategorikan baik dan sangat baik. Sementara untuk di kelas VII H siswa lebih dominan berada di kategori baik dengan persentasi 80,6 % sedangkan siswa yang termasuk klasifikasi sikap sangat baik hanya 19,4 %. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods. In this study, questionnaires were distributed at Jambi City Junior High School 18, but only in two samples, for classes VII D and VII H. Then the data was analyzed using the SPSS program to find descriptive statistical analysis and classification of attitudes through ranges. So the results of the study obtained that in class VII D each had a percentage of 50% good for students who were categorized as good and very good. While for class VII H students are more dominant in the good category with a percentage of 80.6% while students who are categorized as very good attitude are only 19.4%.Keyword : character education, friendly, communicative
Perkembangan dunia usaha yang dinamis dan penuh persaingan menuntut perusahaan untuk melakukan perubahan orientasi terhadap cara mereka mengeluarkan produk, mempertahankan produknya, menarik konsumen, dan menangani pesaing. Salah satu hal penting yang perlu dilakukan dan diperhatikan oleh setiap perusahaan adalah menarik pelanggan dan dapat mempertahankan pelanggan tersebut agar tetap loyal terhadap perusahaan. Berdasarkan pembahasan keseluruhan penelitian ini, peneliti menarik kesimpulan penelitian secara parsial, citra merek berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Quantum ICT karena thitung > ttabel (2,288 > 1,976) serta nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,024 < 0,05. Promosi penjualan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Quantum ICT karena thitung > ttabel (8,869 > 1,976). Secara simultan, citra merek berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Quantum ICT karena Fhitung > Ftabel (40,507 > 3,06) serta nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Besarnya pengaruh adalah 35,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 64,9% diterangkan oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar penelitian ini.
Ethic is important aspect in Islamic education. It’s existence is needed because it plays significant role to achieve the Islamic education goals. KH. Hasyim Asy’ari thinking about ethics educator starting from himself so well behaved. Then, taught the students when learning takes place. According of them, the educational purpose in every human being is to be a full human being in order to get closer to the Creator and get the happiness of the world and the hereafter. In the book Adab al-Alim wa al-Muta’alim, KH. Hasyim Asy’ari mention moralethical values should be the design of the people living in the world. So that a seeker of knowledge embody knowledge in everyday life with the behavior of resignation, wara’, the charity would please Allah, grateful and so on.
The purpose of this research is to look at the description of scientific attitudes possessed by students at SMPN 17 jambi city based on indicators of adoption of scientific attitudes and indicators of interest in increasing the time of science learning. This research is a quantitative study in which researchers use survey methods with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results of the 2 attitude indicators discussed in this study are indicators of the adoption of scientific attitudes of 62.5% of students categorized as good. While the interest in increasing science learning time by 66.4% of students is of sufficient category. Based on the results of research that has been conducted it can be concluded that students have adopted a good scientific attitude and have sufficient interest to increase their science learning time.
