the penis, and 1 case urinary jet from penis tip. There were 3 cases of isolated hypospadias with blunt and ventral curvature penis. 1 case was buried penis with the normal urinary jet position. 1 case of female with clitoris hypertrophy was diagnosed as salt loss type of 21-hydroxylase deficiency after birth. There were 2 cases whose appearance could not distinguish gender. Conclusions: The abnormal external genitalia of fetus has certain characteristics in the axial and sagittal section of perineum. Combined with the determination of the position of pee, the abnormal type of external genitalia of fetus can be accurately determined.
Virtual poster abstracts delivery group. In secondary analysis, there were also statistically significant differences in IOS, IOS/EOS ratio, and HR between those with singleton and twin pregnancies. Conclusions: We confirmed that cervical strain elastography could be an adjunctive tool for the prediction of preterm delivery in women with short CL. Our finding that there are differences in cervical elastographic parameters in twin pregnancies compared to singletons suggest for future research to unravel the effect of multiple pregnancies on cervical elastography.

Objectives: To investigate the detection rates (DR; ratio of prenatal diagnosis) of moderate to severe congenital heart diseases in all regions in Japan and to analyse the difference among the types of cardiac malformations. Methods: Database analysis of national registry by national clinical database for congenital heart surgeries (Japan Cardiovascular surgery database: JCVSD) during 2013-2017. Subjects are neonates or infants with moderate or severe congenital heart diseases who received heart surgeries until the age of one. Ventricular septal defect, patent ductus arteriosus and atrial septal defect are excluded from the subjects. The number of cases of prenatal diagnosis, DR, birth place, types of congenital heart diseases are analysed. Results: There are 4014 cases of fetal diagnosis in 9788 cases of the subjects in the five-years period. (DR 0.41) DR of 6 in 47 prefectures are more than 0.50 and DR of 11 prefectures are less than 0.30. No significant relationship between DR and population in each prefecture is found (figure 1). DR of type of congenital heart disease is 0.68 in single ventricle including hypoplastic left heart syndrome, 0.42 in transposition of great arteries and 0.41 in tetralogy of Fallot or double outlet from the right ventricle while that is 0.36 in atrioventricular septal defect and 0.29 in coarcation of the aorta or Interrupted aortic arch, respectively. DR in isolated total or partial anomalous pulmonary venous connection is 0.12. Conclusions: Detection rate is still low in Japan suggesting significances of developing national common screening system rather than each regional policy including physician's performances.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
