This study aimed to look further at the immunity possessed by humans who live in rural areas compared to urban areas. The method of this research is qualitative with the literature method, in which to answer this research, the researcher looks for evidence from various international journal publications published in the last ten years. Then, to prove the above assumption, the researcher first collects evidence of study findings that sound for health reasons, then chooses to live in a peaceful and pollution-free tree area. Next, we study and analyze in-depth evaluation and coding systems to draw conclusions that answer the above issues validly and convincingly. The findings of this study are that humans who live in forests have a robust immune system compared to those who live in cities, so when the COVID-19 pandemic occurs, it is not a problem. Suggestions for the findings of this study are expected to be meaningful input for the development of environmental health sciences in further studies, both for academics and environmental health practitioners.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of supply chain management on competitiveness, the positive effect of supply chain management on performance and the positive influence of competitiveness on performance in restaurants in the province of Banten Indonesia. The research method uses a hypothesis testing model, the respondents of this research are tourists who want to travel to a tourist attraction in Banten Province. Data collection is done online, using the Google Form website. Researchers distributed questionnaires to tourists using social media who had visited Banten province. This study uses a convenience sampling technique, where the sample members are respondents who are easy to find, and the convenience makes data collection more effective and efficient since it saves time and costs. The sample in this study was 290 tourists who had visited Banten Province. The technique of collecting data in this study used an online questionnaire, data analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) by applying SmartPLS 3.0 software. Based on the results of data analysis, the results show there is a significant relationship between supply chain management and competitiveness, a significant relationship exists between supply chain management and restaurant performance and finally, competitiveness influences positively the restaurant performance.
Challenges and opportunities in marketing businesses relying on digital applications during the pandemic have been felt to be very diverse and complex. The study aimed to obtain scientific evidence of the challenges and opportunities of digital application-based business marketing. We discussed them under a phenomenological approach where we sought answers to gain a new understanding of a phenomenal event, namely marketing during a pandemic. To get the information, we needed to visit various sources of information, and we studied with a literature review system that involved data coding, evaluation, and interpretation of data. We did a virtual search of the data on several publications related to economic-based digital marketing issues during the pandemic. Finally, we concluded intending to get valid answers. Our data search was carried out electronically on several sources with a publishing period between 2010 and 2022 based on the results. After reviewing various sources and discussing them, we can conclude that digital-based marketing for a profitable and sustainable business has undoubtedly been proven to face many challenges and opportunities. The question mark is that not all business people and customers understand and can apply point technology, while the opportunity is that digital technology applications can innovate business marketing efforts efficiently, effectively, and productively.
The purpose of this research was to get deeper undestanding on management of SMEs to win profitable and sustainable business. The publication of books, journal, and websites were become the main sources of the data that we got electronically. Because of this reason, several literatures related to profitable business strategies have been carefully studied to understand superior and sustainable governance and business strategies. The literature included is the electronic literature such as books and scientific articles. After reviewing and obtaining the valid answers, we discussed them carefully. Finally, we find several business management strategies to increase the profitability and sustainability of SMEs such as strategies to attract customers, continue to use various promotional methods, seek to increase subscriptions, add new items, and increase discounts.
This study aims to discuss strategies to improve the quality of the apostles in efforts to increase university competitiveness through research activities. To discuss this theme, we have conducted a series of data searches on several data sources that discuss the issue of increasing lecturer resources and the quality of intensity through research activities. We analyze the collected data under a phenomenological approach, which includes organizing data, coding data, in-depth evaluation, and high interpretation to improve the quality and reliability of study findings. An electronic population data search in several related kinds of literature, then we designed it in a descriptive collection. Based on the findings and discussion, we have concluded that efforts to excel in improving the quality of lecturers through improving the quality of understanding are a strategy that several universities in developed countries have pursued. The same strategy can be applied by Indonesian investment to increase the ranking and design of universities through research activities carried out by lecturers.
