Challenges and opportunities in marketing businesses relying on digital applications during the pandemic have been felt to be very diverse and complex. The study aimed to obtain scientific evidence of the challenges and opportunities of digital application-based business marketing. We discussed them under a phenomenological approach where we sought answers to gain a new understanding of a phenomenal event, namely marketing during a pandemic. To get the information, we needed to visit various sources of information, and we studied with a literature review system that involved data coding, evaluation, and interpretation of data. We did a virtual search of the data on several publications related to economic-based digital marketing issues during the pandemic. Finally, we concluded intending to get valid answers. Our data search was carried out electronically on several sources with a publishing period between 2010 and 2022 based on the results. After reviewing various sources and discussing them, we can conclude that digital-based marketing for a profitable and sustainable business has undoubtedly been proven to face many challenges and opportunities. The question mark is that not all business people and customers understand and can apply point technology, while the opportunity is that digital technology applications can innovate business marketing efforts efficiently, effectively, and productively.
Atribut wisata halal menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam menyediakan kebutuhan pengunjung yang beragama Islam pada saat mereka melakukan wisata. Atribut wisata halal juga dapat diartikan sebagai ketersediaan norma dan juga praktik Islam yang relevan dengan wisata yang dikunjungi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis wisata halal terhadap kepuasan pengunjung dan minat berkunjung kembali ketempat pariwisata. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengunjung wisata halal di Kota Malang, sebanyak 150 wisatawan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan Regresi Linier Sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini mengatakan bahwa wisata halal dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan wisatawan yang datang ketempat pariwisata dan wisata halal juga dapat mengajak wisatawan berkunjung kembali ketempat pariwisata halal tersebut.
This study aims to explore entrepreneurship in car-free day. Data were collected through interviews to 13 car-free day visitors as informants. The theme analysis (Creswell, 2009) was used to analyze the data. This research succeeded in exploring entrepreneurship in car-free day in the context of exploiting opportunity by selling merchandise required by the visitors. The visitors felt the social interaction during the car-free day. However, social interaction did not have an impact on entrepreneurship.
This study aims to determine and explain the influence of buying experience on customer trust and customer satisfaction in Grab Food customers in Surabaya. The selection of the location of this study considered that the customers who usually bought food using Grab Food were customers whose market segments were in the big city community. The exogenous variables in this study were buying experience, while the endogenous variables were trust and customer satisfaction. The type of research used was explanatory research. The sample were 140 respondents with a sampling technique using purpose sampling. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The validity test and reliability test were used to test the instrument. The result of testing the instrument indicated that the entire instrument was valid and reliable. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of this study indicated that buying experience had a significant effect on trust with the contribution of 26.9%. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of consumer behavior on the decision to submit a multipurpose loan for funds in the science and technology sector. The sample used in this study was 80 respondents. By using the accidental sampling method. The data used are primary data using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that there is a significant influence of cultural and social factors on the decision to submit a multipurpose fund loan to the science and technology department. While there is no significant effect of personal factors on the decision to apply for a multipurpose fund loan in fintek, while the adjusted R Square value obtained is 0.525. This shows that the amount of cultural, social and personal contribution simultaneously influences the decision to apply for a multipurpose fund loan in fintek is 52.5%, while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by factors outside cultural, social and personal.
