L'anguillulose est une parasitose intestinale souvent asymptomatique, elle peut évoluer vers une forme sévère, gravissime et mortelle par dissémination larvaire polyviscérale chez les sujets immunodéprimés. Chez les sujets immunocompétents, les manifestations digestives sont frustres.Nous rapportons un cas clinique d'anguillulose digestive révélée par un syndrome douloureux abdominal de type chirurgical chez un patient de 41 ans au CHU de Brazzaville. Le diagnostic a été établi par l'examen des biopsies gastriques et rectales. L'évolution a été favorable après un traitement par l'albendazole.

The diagnosis was established by examination of gastric and rectal biopsies. The outcome was favorable after treatment with albendazole.
