These The goal of this study is to determine the size of the intellectual production characteristics of the Journal of Diversity in Management and Attitudes. Using bibliometric search indicators from the Scopus database, the visualization software was used to examine articles published between 2002 and 2021. (Vosviewer). The study examined 2,815 publications from the Scopus database and discovered that articles on management diversity and attitudes vary up and down. We also discover that a few authors, such as Elsevier and Walters Kluwer Health, are interested in managing diversity in attitudes, as are a few countries, such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, who contribute significantly to the dissemination of research and scientific publications on diversity in management and attitudes. In addition to the most used and prevalent terms: Humanorganization and management -cultural diversity, the magazine: Nurse Education Today, the research provides a roadmap for researchers, with the productivity of authors in articles, preparing a bibliographical list, and building indexes of authors and titles to facilitate the search process for researchers.
The purpose of this research is to determine the magnitude of the characteristics of intellectual production in the field of administrative crisis management. The bibliometric search indicators in the Scopus database allowed us to examine the articles published between 2012 and 2021, and how to take advantage of the similarities with the Vosviewer program. A total of 1134 publications from the Scopus database were examined. Furthermore, the study discovered that articles on administrative crisis management have been prevalent over the last decade.
The world of direct education is characterized by being a highly complex and competitive environment, and the role of teachers with potential that qualifies them for better productivity in the future should not be neglected. Therefore, the highest level of productivity can be reached by strengthening these competencies and enhancing and developing these teachers' unique characteristics and experiences. This research used a mix of quantitative and qualitative descriptions to collect and analyze data as it exists in the field of the research subject without manipulating any variables. This research used qualitative description to describe the experiences and beliefs of individuals, while quantitative report describes their characteristics. The results confirmed that most teachers need to express their opinion about the management of the educational process within the scope of the positive reinforcement method, and teacher appreciation and motivation are the best means and most important applications of participatory leadership to increase teacher productivity. Participatory leadership in Arab and Qatari schools requires a lot of serious research that highlights the importance of this leadership style in Arab schools.
This study addresses the issue of administrative leadership in Islam. It sheds light on the science of administration and leadership, whose rules, systems, and theories have been laid down by Islamic Sharia. The objective of the study is to identify the principles of administrative leadership in Islam and its features. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher uses the qualitative approach. The most important results of the study are as follows. First , Islam is the pioneer in developing theories that regulate the various affairs and aspects of life. Second, leadership in Islam refers to the behaviour of the Caliph during his interaction with other members of the group. Moreover, leadership in Islam is a behavioural process, social interaction, and an activity that reflects authority. The study concludes with a set of recommendations the most important of which is the he necessity of promoting Islamic principles among administrative leaders, because of the positive impact they have on them and on workers.
