The research objective is to develop a Billing Barbershop application by implementing GoodBarber App Builder in application development. The research method used in this study consists of 5 parts, namely the literature study method, data collection method, analysis method, design method, and the development method used is extreme programming. From the research results, a Billing Barber Shop application has been developed by implementing the GoodBarber App Builder which is designed to consist of login, home, billing, orders, product, and users forms. The test results are known in Usability testing, Compatibility testing, Interface testing, Low level resource, Performance testing, Operational testing, Installation testing, and Security testing stating very good with an average percentage above 80%. But in Service testing, choosing poor because Billing Barber Shop still uses the internet as a connection to data using Zapier Add-ons and Google Sheets.

The objectives to be achieved from this research are; create an online budget data processing information system design, and improve all aspects of data forms or expand the relationship or relationship of each data. The design method used is the waterfall model taking basic activities such as specification, development, validation, and evolution and representing them as phases such as requirements specification, software design, implementation, testing and so on. Based on the results of the analysis and design of the village fund allocation information system, it can be seen that until now it is still done manually. The author can conclude including; the design of the village fund allocation application can provide convenience in carrying out the implementation process of gampong development, and the use of a system that is still manual has limitations in the data storage process, data search and report generation process.
The issuance of the Ministry of Forestry Regulation (Number SK 159/Menhut-II/2004) on Ecosystem Restoration in Production Forest marked a paradigm shift in production forest management in Indonesia from timber to ecosystem-based. By 2019, the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (MoEF) has issued 16 ecosystem restoration concessions (ERC) in production forest totaling 622,826 ha, or only 21% out of the 3 million ha of MoEF's target. Although this policy was considered a breakthrough and it garnered significant attention, currently, there is no comprehensive assessment on the development of ERC policy and its impacts on achieving MoEF's target. Applied a combination of policy content, process, and implementation analysis, and rational policy analysis, this research examined the gaps in ER policy and implementation and identified policy space to pursue necessary policy improvement. The findings suggested that existing policy remains inadequate to support the implementation of ERC from the licensing process to performance evaluation. This study has identified the need to revise the applicable regulations to facilitate the objectives of ERC management unit, and the objective of ecosystem restoration in the production forest. Revisions include ecological, social, and economic aspects using available policy space that supported by the coalition of actors within the Ecosystem Restoration Working Group.
