This research was distributed by attractions of authors to Teungku Muhammad Daud Beureueh the leader with big influence when the revolution happened in Aceh. The main issues studied in this research is “How was Teungku Muhammad Daud Beureueh’s role in defending the independence of Indonesian Republic in Aceh 1945-1950?”. This study uses historical method which includes four steps: 1) Heuristics, 2) Criticism, 3) Interpretation, 4) Historiography. Based on the result, the political and socio-economic conditions in Aceh after the independence of Indonesian Republic was unstable. The role of Teungku Muhammad Daud Beureueh in Peristiwa Cumbok gave the awareness to local government to give more attention in this horizontal conflict and he instructing to mobilize the troops to attack the uleebalang clan in Pidie. He also stopped the Tentara Perjuangan Rakyat (TPR) movement who headed by Husin Al Mujahid. As the Military Governor of Aceh, Langkat, and Tanah Karo, Teungku Muhammad Daud Beureueh can merged the paramilitary organizations into TNI organization, he also the inisiator who collected the cost to buy an airplane for Indonesian government, and he can stopped the Sayid Ali movement. Teungku Muhammad Daud Beureueh rejected the merging of Aceh into the Sumatera Utara Province and this case made his disappointed to the center government and also Soekarno.
President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo has many strategic constitutional authority in the world of law, so that with this authority, the President Jokowi able to determine the political development of a state of law. President Jokowi could make policy or rules that could affect the operation of state life was good. Instead, the state law could lose its authority, if the establishment of the rule does not reflect the interests of the law or just put the interests of others.
Salah satu kepentingan asasi setiap tenaga kerja adalahhak atas keselamatan. Sayangnya, keselamatan tenaga kerja Indonesia masih menjadi hak yang maksimal untuk dilindungi. Dalam kenyataan, tidak sulit ditemukan sejumlah peristiwa atau kasus tentang kecelakaan tenaga kerja. Pekerja menjalankan pekerjaan dengan resiko yang tinggi, yang tidak sedikit mengakibatkan hak keselamatannya terancam atau hilang. Banyak ditemukan bukti tentang sejumlah perusahaan atau korporasi yang mempekerjakan karyawan atau pekerjanya tanpa memperhatikan aspek keselamatannya. Disinilah pelanggaran terhadap hak asasi tenaga kerja terjadi yang dilakukan oleh korporasi. Dalam Islam maupun aspek hak asasi manusia, pelanggaran ini sebagai perbuatan yang tidak manusiawi.Kata kunci: tenaga kerja, keselamatan, korporasi, negara, Islam, hak asasi manusia One of the fundamental interests of every workforce is the right to safety. Unfortunately, the safety of Indonesian workers is still the maximum right to be protected. In reality, it is not difficult to find a number of events or cases concerning labor accidents. Workers carry out work with high risk, which does not in the least cause their safety rights to be threatened or lost. Much evidence is found about a number of companies or corporations that employ their employees or workers without regard to safety aspects. This is where violations of labor rights occur committed by corporations. In both Islam and human rights aspects, this violation is an inhumane deed. The purpose of this study in general is to describe, analyze and interpret the phenomenon of social safety nets oriented to the government's efforts to reduce the burden of the poor in rural areas due to theimpact of Covid-19, especially Malang Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of the study show that the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT DD) policy is very beneficial for the Village community affected by Covid-19 in Pujon District, by implementing it according to the procedures and mechanisms that have been determined in Permendes No. 6 of 2020 is able to cover the most vulnerable people inPujon District. The implementation of the BLT DD policy in Pujon District in general hasreflected the values of justice, expediency and very good legal policies. If the BLT DD policy is carried out well, according to the existing procedures and rules, BLT DD will provide a sense of justice for the poor, weak, jobless, marginal and have notreceived any assistance from any agency. Supporting factors for policy implementation, namely good coordination and communication, strong will and commitment from the village government in Pujon District to help poor communities affected by the Covid-19 pandemic are capital in implementing policies that can run well even though there are still shortages, the presence of volunteers and village community participation and involvement. While the inhibiting factors are the discrepancy of data with the number of beneficiary families (KPM), delays in the distribution of the BLT DD distribution process, lack of coordination, and the lack of public understanding regarding the use of direct cash assistance (BLT DD)
