This study aims to find out how the teacher strategies of the subjects Akidah Akhlak in improving student learning discipline and how the state of student learning discipline in SDIT Rabbi Radhiyyah 01 rejang lebong district. This research uses qualitative approach with field research type. Observation data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, verification/drawing conclusions. The results showed; First, the teacher's strategy of morality in improving student learning discipline by briefing students on the importance of enforcing discipline, teachers setting an example for students in good manners, teachers advising students to be good and teachers to sanction students who violate discipline;  Second, the student's learning discipline situation is informed if the student's low interest in learning is due to students lacking introspection, weak student punishment and low support from some parents. In conclusion, the strategies implemented by teachers in improving student discipline by providing examples, advice to be good, as well as weak student discipline conditions caused by students lacking self-introspection, weak student punishment and low support of some parents.   Keywords: Teacher Strategy, Moral Code Teachers, Learning Discipline

This study aims to determine the basic concepts of Al-Ghazali's thought in Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Data collection refers to books or books that have something to do with the concept of Islamic religious education according to Al-Ghazali. Researchers use content analysis as a reference in extracting information. The results of the study, the basic concept of Al-Ghazali's thought in Islamic Religious Education includes educational factors, namely aqidah education, moral education, and shari'ah education. Then the application of the basic concepts of Al-Ghazali's thoughts in Islamic religious education from the material and methods. Aqidah educational material, namely about the substance of Allah, prophethood, and death. Meanwhile, the methods are memorizing, teaching, and monitoring. Then the material moral education is morals towards Allah, morals of parents, morals of oneself, and morals towards others. The method is self-improvement, self-development, kufin. Then the shari'ah education material is ushul, furu, and muqodimat, the methods are through the talqin method, riyadho mujahadah, kalam jadal, and bit talathuf da'wah. In conclusion, there are three factors in the application of the concept of Al-Ghazali's thought in Islamic education, namely the factor of Aqidah Education, Moral Education, and Sharia Education. This research is motivated by the importance of conducting an analysis related to the implementation of the curriculum in PAUD in Rejang Lebong Regency, this is because the curriculum that is applied is not uniform along with the changes in existing regulations. In addition, it is based on the importance of analyzing the relevance of the PIAUD Study Program curriculum with the applicable curriculum in PAUD so that it can be an improvement in the future. The purpose of this study is to describe how the curriculum concept, analyze the implementation of the curriculum describes the relevance of the Early Childhood Education curriculum in Rejang Lebong District to the Curriculum for Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program. This study is a field research that is descriptive qualitative in nature. Data sources or informants are the Head and Teacher of Early Childhood Education. Data collection techniques used are interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis begins by reducing the data that has been collected, then presented in the form of a description of the data and the final conclusion from the results and analysis that has been done. The results of this study indicate that: first, the content of the PAUD curriculum in Rejang Lebong Regency which refers to the 58 of 2009 includes PAI, Language, Cognitive, Physical, Akhlakul Karimah, Independence, Emotional Social. Whereas those referring to Ministerial Regulation 2014 of 2014 are aspects of the development of Religious and Moral Values, Motoric, Cognitive, Emotional, Language and Art. Secondly, the implementation of the PAUD curriculum in Rejang Lebong Regency in general has been in accordance with the applicable curriculum guidelines but only in teaching and learning activities that many have not used the learning model that should be applied, then the approach has not been implicitly included in the daily work plan prepared by the teacher. Third, the relevance of the PAUD curriculum to the PIAUD Study Program curriculum in general has been relevant, but the content and placement of the components of the offered courses and their extent and depth need to be reviewed.

A good moral character is a keyword for the success of educational processes. Everyone will never be able to control themselves if only relying on the knowledge they have without being espoused by a noble moral character. Hence, each teacher who establishes interactions with students is given a big responsibility to guide his/her students’ moral character. Seeing that responsibility, the current study aimed at finding out the depiction of the teacher’s efforts to give understanding to students in a public school, MTS No. 2 Kepahiang, as regards good manners to parents and teachers, using a qualitative approach with the primary informant, namely the Akidah Akhlak teacher in that school. This study concluded that the teacher handling Akidah Akhlak lesson had made good efforts and been adequately helpful in giving understanding to students about good manners to parents and teachers. This entity was seen from students’ behavior in doing their activities both at school and afterschool although based on the evaluation results, it was not a hundred percent of students who had been able to apply their understanding of the importance of good manners to parents and teachers. Akhlak yang baik adalah kata kunci keberhasilan proses pendidikan. Setiap orang tidak akan mampu mengendalikan dirinya jika hanya bersandar pada pengetahuan yang dimilikinya kecuali dibarengi dengan akhlak mulia. Dengan demikian setiap guru yang melakukan interaksi dengan murid diberikan tanggungjawab yang besar untuk membina akhlak anak didiknya. Melihat besarnya tanggungjawab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan gambaran tentang upaya guru dalam memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa di MTs. Negeri 02 Kepahiang tentang adab baik kepada orang tua maupun guru, melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan informan utama yaitu guru Akidah Akhlak di sekolah tersebut. Peneltian ini memperoleh simpulan bahwa guru pelajaran akidah akhlak sudah berusaha dan cukup membantu dalam memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa dalam hal adab kepada orang tua dan guru, hal ini terlihat dari perilaku peserta didik dalam menjalani aktivitas di sekolah maupun di luar sekolah meskipun dari hasil evaluasi belum sepenuhnya siswa mampu menerapkan pemahaman mereka tentang pentingnya adab baik kepada orang tua maupun guru.
