Today, most businesses are in continuous search of sophisticated tools and techniques to progressively grow their business. Therefore, the use of intelligence systems has found its pace in the global market. The intelligence systems has mostly affected the E-CRM as it is the most critical and central part for the growth of the business. The E-CRM approaches have enhanced drastically with an integration of the business intelligence systems and organizations are now diligently striving for excellence by gaining benefit from these integrated systems. However, there are many organizations that lag behind in escalating their progress and growth as they have not yet understand how to improve the data quality by using business intelligence systems and therefore used it for decision making. Hence, the following research is conducted to study the implementation trends of intelligence E-CRM in business process and how the business intelligence systems could help in improvising the data quality and the business processes.
Load balancing is essential for efficient utilization of resources and enhancing the responsiveness of a computational grid, especially that hosts of services most frequently used, i.e. food, health and nutrition. Various techniques have been developed and applied; each has its own limitations due to the dynamic nature of the grid. Efficient load balancing can be achieved by an effective measure of the node's/cluster's utilization. In this paper, as a part of an NSTIP project # 10-INF1381-04 and in order to assess of FAQIH framework ability to support the load balance in a computational grid that hosts of food, health and nutrition inquire services. We detail the design and implementation of a proposed fuzzy-logic-based scheme for dynamic load balancing in grid computing services. The proposed scheme works by using a fuzzy logic inference system which uses some metrics to capture the variability of loads and specifies the state of each node per a cluster. Then, based on the overall nodes' states, the state of the corresponding cluster will be defined in order to assign the newly arrived inquires such that load balancing among different clusters and nodes is accomplished. Many experiments are conducted to investigate the effectiveness of the proposed fuzzy-logic-based scheme to support the load balance where the results show that the proposed scheme achieves really satisfactory and consistently load balance than of other randomize approaches in grid computing services.
The rising adoption of e-CRM strategies in marketing and customer relationship management has necessitated to more needs especially where a specific customer segment is targeted and the services are personalized. This paper presents a distributed data mining model using access-control architecture in a bid to realize the needs for an online CRM that intends to deliver web content to a specific group of customers. This hybrid model utilizes the integration of the mobile agent and client server technologies that could easily be updated from the already existing web platforms. The model allows the management team to derive insights from the operations of the system since it focuses on e-personalization and web intelligence hence presenting a better approach for decision support among organizations. To achieve this, a software approach made of access-control functions, data mining algorithms, customer-profiling capability, dynamic web page creation, and a rule-based system is utilized.
