Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu faktor penentu terciptanya iklim sekolah yang kondusif dan kinerja sistem organisasi yang baik. Dalam lingkungan yang kondusif akan menciptakan mutu layanan pendidikan yang baik pula. Untuk meningkatkan mutu layanan pendidikan, tulisan ini bertujuan menperoleh hasil penelitian model gaya kepemimpinan yang dilakukan di MAN Godean Sleman Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan pendidikan di MAN Godean menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, hal ini dapat dilihat dari perilaku kepemimpinan yaitu; (a) mengembangkan sumber daya dan kreativitas karyawan; (b) mengembangkan partisipatif karyawan; (c) musyawarah dan mufakat, dalam merencanakan dan mengevaluasi seluruh kegiatan; dan (d) pembagian tugas dan wewenang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, sehingga tugas dan wewenang tersebut dapat terlaksana. Dari hasil tersebut tentu pengaruh mutu layanan pendidikan di sekolah tersebut menjadi lebih baik karena menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis.
The implementation of distance learning during a pandemic era faces various obstacles. This study explores information about how the implementation of distance learning to first semester of freshment students (new students) and what obstacles they face. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The data sources consisted of new students, lecturers, and learning result documents. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires using Google Forms, interviews, and document studies. The study results show that the massive application of distance learning in the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang began in March 2020. It coincides with the spread of the coronavirus in Malang City. The data reveals that, the implementation of distance learning can be grouped into five categories, namely effective, moderately effective, casual, less effective, and ineffective. The six most frequently complained problems were the low quality of the internet connections, the much spending of buying internet data, the fatigue due to staring at the devices' screen for too long, the difficulty in accessing references, the poor communications, and the lack of materials comprehension explained by lecturers. However, these six obstacles do not entirely affect the respondents' motivation to learn. As a consequence, improvements in the quality of infrastructure and services have to be carried out to maximize the quality of distance learning.
This article aims to know (1) the implementation of a change management curriculum KTSP into curriculum 2013; (2) the implication of a change management to learning process; and (3) supports and obstacles factors in the implementation of a change management in SMAN I Kediri. This is a qualitative field research. The subjects are chosen using purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data are collected by using interview, observation, and documentation. The technique of data analysis uses descriptive qualitative through inductive approach. The findings show that first the implementation management process of curriculum KTSP into curriculum 2013 in SMAN 1 Kediri consists of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. In practice, the four steps run effectively. However, the controlling process still has not run effectively yet and real in the field. Second, the change management implied on the role of guidance and counseling (BK), the label of department (interest), teacher’s book and student’s book, lesson concept, assessment concept, and scientific approach. Third, the supports factors of the curriculum 2013 implementation in SMAN 1 Kediri are RSBI status, full day school, the students, teachers, and curriculum analysis. The obstacles factors are book procurement, facilities, and financial.

Background Problems: The issue of education financing must be an essential part of education development. Educational financing management planning in fulfilling educational facilities and infrastructure must bring about an effective and efficient nature. Novelty: This study of the literature study approach is a differentiator from the results of other people's research. Research Methods: This research was prepared using qualitative methods and a literature research approach to obtain information from various references relevant to the subject matter and the purpose of this research. Finding/Results: This study shows that financing planning is essential in realizing national education. Conclusion: One of the supporting factors is the planning of adequate facilities and infrastructure through an effective and efficient education financing plan. The process of planning and managing the financing of educational institutions is excellent and appropriate, and it will impact the provision of school facilities and infrastructure to the maximum. Finally, the process will also significantly affect the quality of education globally.
