Pengambilan keputusan bukan merupakan satuan kajian sepele yang dapat diabaikan begitu saja. Masa depan organisasi dipertaruhkan, bila pengambilan keputusan mengalami kegagalan.Oleh karena itu ketepatan dalam pengambilan keputusan menjadi suatu keharusan. Namun demikian untuk mencapai hal tersebut bukan hal yang mudah. Diperlukan kecermatan dan ketepatan dalam merumuskan suatu masalah dalam proses pengambilan keputusan.

KESIMPULAN1. Managemen Sains adalah penerapan ilmiah yang menggunakan pendekatan ilmiah untuk memecahkan masalah managemen dalam rangka membantu untuk mengambil keputusan yang baik.2. Tujuan utama perusahaan adalah mencapai laba atau menerima keuntungan maksimum dan dengan biaya seminimum mungkin.3. Terdapat 3 tahap dalam teknik program linier: Pertama masalah harus dapat diidentifikasi sebagai sesuatu yang dapat diselesaikan dengan program linier. Kedua masalah yang tidak terstruktur harus dapat diselesaikan dalam model matematika sehingga menjadi tersturktur. Ketiga model harus diselesaikan dengan teknik matematika yang telah dibuat.4. Sains Management sangat bermanfaat dalam dunia usaha dengan menggunakan teknik program linier.

The H-Darrieus wind turbine could be applied as an alternative electricity generation source. However, their performance is still low, affecting less attention to being used as electricity generation sources. Considering the current condition, the present study provides a numerical simulation of a potential performance enhancement of the H-Darrieus wind turbine by adding a highefficiency vortex (HEV). HEV owns the ability to control the flow around the blade. HEV causes turbulent flow around the turbine while increasing turbulent kinetic energy. Three different HEV structures in rectangular, trapezoidal, and triangular shapes were attached to the blade to investigate the wind turbine performance. Two-tab angles (β) of 30° and 45° were applied to each structure to investigate the best position of HEV. The blade without HEV was considered as the baseline for the performance evaluation. It is revealed that triangular HEV performed the best with β of 30°, improving the power coefficient by 34% compared to the baseline when the tip speed ratio (TSR) is more than 1.5.

This study is entitled Harmonization of Abortion Law in Indonesia. Abortion today is not something that is taboo to discuss and talk about, because abortion has occurred everywhere. Abortion is a health issue that is gaining attention nowadays in Indonesia. The regulation of abortion in Indonesia is regulated by 2 (two) Laws namely the Criminal Code and the Health Law, which is where there is a conflict of norms that the Criminal Code prohibits loopholes for abortion by anyone and under any conditions. While the Health Act provides space for abortions for women with pregnancies that endanger their lives and women with pregnancies due to rape. The problem of this writing is related to the harmonization of abortion arrangements in Indonesia and abortion arrangements in the future. This research was conducted by normative legal methods. Harmonization of abortion arrangements in Indonesia is resolved with legal theory, namely the Lex Specialis Derogat Legi Generalis legal theory, meaning that if there is an abortion case in Indonesia then the source of reference or legal basis is the Health Act because it is more specific than the Criminal Code. Abortion arrangements in Indonesia in the future in the form of a Penal Code also touches on the aspect of abortion which is regulated in Article 589 to Article 592 and remains on the concept to prohibit abortion by anyone and under any conditions.
