Pharmacy is pharmaceutical service places where pharmacist practicing pharmacy by pharmacists and distributing pharmaceutical preparations to the public. One of the indicators used to evaluate the quality of service at the pharmacy is to measure the level of patient satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of pharmaceutical services on patient satisfaction at the Apotek Berkah Santosa, Klaten Regency which was associated with service quality which includes reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, and tangible. This research was a non-experimental research which was conducted with the sampling technique using a questionnaire instrument using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed by normality test, linearity test, and simple linear regression test with the number of 97 respondents. The results showed that pharmaceutical services had a significant effect on patient satisfaction with a significant 0.000 <0.05.
