In this paper, a stochastic problem of multicenter location on a graph was formulated through the modification of the existing p-center problem to determine the location of a given number of facilities, to maximize the reliability of supplying the system. The system is represented by a graph whose nodes are the locations of demand and the potential facilities, while the weights of the arcs represent the reliability, i.e., the probability that an appropriate branch is available. First, k locations of facilities are randomly determined. Using a modified Dijkstra’s algorithm, the elementary path of maximal reliability for every demand node is determined. Then, a graph of all of elementary paths for demand node is formed. Finally, a new algorithm for calculating the reliability of covering a node from k nodes (k—covering reliability) was formulated.

It must be borne in mind that human resource management can fail if the pursuit organitzacija hire the wrong people, or if they are not motivated enough to their employed. Human resources management strategy needs to be aligned with the company’s strategy. Basic objectives and methods of human resource management needs to ensure the success of the company. Human resources management strategy has an important operational and managerial function carried out by managers of human reusrse. Management Strategy managers are determined by the quality of employees and their potential. The objectives of human resources management in the organization is directly related to the individual indicators work and results achieved by the employees. From the quality of motivation and stimulation of employees rise to its productivity, loyalty and quality of work. At the organizational level, human resource management strategy should be aimed at increasing the level of average productivity, improving quality, improving working conditions. Planing human resources is achieved competitive strategy of the organization. All of that contribute the most to employees and their productive possibility.
Reliability, the number of spare parts and repair time have a great impact on system availability. In this paper, we observed a repairable system comprised of several components. The aim was to determine the repair rate by emphasizing its stochastic nature. A model for the statistical analysis of the component repair rate in function of the desired level of availability is presented. Furthermore, based on the presented model, the approach for the calculation of probability density functions of maximal and minimal repair times for a system comprised of observed components was developed as an important measure that unambiguously defines the total annual repair time. The obtained generalized analytical expressions that can be used to predict the total repair time for an observed entity are the main contributions of the manuscript. The outputs of the model can be useful for making decisions in which time interval repair or replacement should be done to maintain the system and component availability. In addition to planning maintenance activities, the presented models could be used for service capacity planning and the dynamic forecasting of system characteristics.

Ti faktori, kao i životni ciklus proizvoda, utiču na to da se proizvodni program tretira kao dinamička, a ne statička kategorija. Krajnji cilj marketinga je da nagovori potrošača da odabere proizvod ili usluge preduzeća, pored postojeće ponude konkurencije. Efikasan način za dobijanje uvida u proces odluke o kupovini je model kupčevog ponašanja. Ovi modeli mogu biti različite složenosti u zavisnosti od uslova tržišta.
