The research has several objectives, namely wanting to know the relationship between student interest in learning to learning outcomes, knowing the relationship of motivation for achievement to learning outcomes, knowing the relationship between parental support to learning outcomes, knowing the relationship between student interest in learning, learning achievement and parental support for learning outcomes of Sports Education (POR) students of the University of Muhammadiyah East Kalimantan (UMKT). The design of the research carried out is correlation. The population in this study was 64 students of the UMKT POR Study Program and a sample of 30 people with purposive sampling techniques with data analysis looking for the percentage of each indicator. This study obtained the results of contributions from each variable that the contribution of student interest in learning is high, the motivation for achievement is in the medium category, and the support of parents in the high category so that the relationship between interest in learning, motivation for achievement and parental support is in the high category. The benefits of the research are known that the interest in learning, motivation and support of parents of POR UMKT students are very supportive of learning outcomes even during a pandemic
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan circuit training dan interval training terhadap VO2Max pada atlet bulutangkis Usia 10-14 tahun PWS Godean Sleman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen menggunakan two group pretest-posttest design. Populasinya atlet PB PWS Godean Sleman, sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan pertimbangan usia 10-14 tahun berjumlah 16 atlet putra. Analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat dilanjutkan uji hipotesis yaitu uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa metode circuit training meningkatkan kemampuan Vo2max dengan nilai t hitung 12,188 > t tabel = 2.36 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 dan perbedaan nilai rata-rata yaitu sebesar 8,40. dengan kenaikan persentase sebesar 20,19%. Kemudian metode interval training meningkatkan kemampuan Vo2max dengan nilai t hitung 8,819 > t tabel = 2.36 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 dan perbedaan nilai rata-rata yaitu sebesar 8,84. dengan kenaikan persentase sebesar 20,97%. Kemudian tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara metode circuit training dan interval training terhadap VO2Max pada atlet bulutangkis Usia 10-14 tahun PWS Godean Sleman dilihat dari t hitung sebesar 0,296 dan t-tabel (df =14) = 2,14, besarnya nilai signifikansi 0,771. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan VO2Max pada atlet bulutangkis Usia 10-14 tahun PWS Godean Sleman dapat ditingkatkan melalui kedua metode latihan tersebut.
Physical inactivity is considered one of the health problems associated with many types of chronic diseases. The level of physical activity is often used as a parameter for monitoring and evaluation of public health. This monitoring is very important because it helps prevent various illnesses, inactivity and decrease mortality rates for the elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical activity and BMI of the elderly in Serang City. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, involving 84 elderly from Serang and Cipocok Jaya districts in Serang City, Banten Province. The level of physical activity was obtained through the International Physical Activity Questionnaires (IPAQ) questionnaire. The results showed that the elderly in Serang City had low physical activity with a METs value of 438.6 and had a BMI of 26.4 which was in the obese or obese category. the elderly in Kota Serang have low physical activity and are in the category of obesity or overweight. This research can be used as initial data for related institutions regarding the condition of the elderly in Serang so that it can create activities that have a positive impact on the elderly in Serang City.
Purpose of this Researchto: (1) identify the level of participation of the people of Wonogiri Regency in exercising in 2022; (2) identify the level of physical fitness of the Wonogiri Regency community in 2022; (3) identify the level of sports development in Wonogiri Regency in terms of the participation index and the community physical fitness index in 2022. The research is a quantitative research with survey research methods and a descriptive evaluation approach. The research sample is the people of Wonogiri Regency who live in Wonogiri District, Ngadirojo District, and Paranggupito District and are divided into age and gender groups, with a total of 108 people. The sampling technique used followed the guidelines for the method of determining the Sport Development Index sample. Techniques for collecting data were questionnaires (questionnaires) and test techniques. Validity of the instrument.iukuriyesngiused isistandar who haveisetiin the Sport Development Index (SDI). Results research is as follows. (1) Community participation index is 0.477. The Wonogiri Regency Community Participation Index shows that the level of community participation in sports is included in the low category, (2) The Wonogiri Regency Community's physical fitness index is 0.440. The physical fitness index of the Wonogiri Regency community shows that the community's fitness is included in the low category, (3) The level of sports development in Wonogiri Regency in terms of participation and physical fitness of the community is included in the low category with an index of 0.468. In conclusion, the Participation Index, Physical Fitness and Sports Development of the Wonogiri Regency community are in the low category.
