A significant number of scientific economic theories have been identified, which substantiate the essential characteristics of the technological competitiveness of the national economy. The difference between each of the theories is due to the evolution of economic development, conditions and factors of formation, as well as directions and means (tools) to ensure the technological competitiveness of the national economy. The conditions and factors of formation of technological competitiveness of the national economy according to economic theories of competition – blue ocean, global advance of competitors, competitive advantages, cyclical development of economy, neoliberalism, structuring are allocated. In each of the theories of competition as their historical evolution, the technological competitiveness of the economy was considered in the context of access and ability to effectively use technological resources, the formation of the market of innovation and technology, implementation of state policy to stimulate innovation. Taking into account theories of competition allows to clarify the important characteristics of technological competitiveness of the national economy, which relate to determining the influence of society, state, market environment, globalization and informatization on the creation and implementation of technologies in economic processes, economic competitiveness. Analysis of the evolution of scientific views shows the high intensity of changes in the field of competition and provides a wide range of conditions and factors for the formation of technological competitiveness, the development of economic agents. Accordingly, the lack of opportunities for technological and innovative development of national producers should be regarded as the main threat to the competitiveness of the economy. These are market, infrastructural, technological, innovative, intellectual, resource and other trends, in the context of which it becomes possible to effectively use competitive opportunities.
The main component of innovation processes for processing enterprises of the agro-industrial complex is considered – complete engineering. The main tasks of innovation and marketing tools in the general system of activity of processing enterprises of the agro-industrial complex are highlighted. The characteristics of innovative marketing tools and their use in establishing relations of interaction between the subjects of innovation are given. Specific tools for the development and commercialization of innovative projects: crowdsourcing and crowdfunding, which are striking examples of new interactions between innovation actors. Due to the increasing role of high technologies in the economy of Ukraine, it was found that increasing the efficiency of processing enterprises of the agro-industrial complex is not possible without marketing support and the use of innovative marketing tools. It is investigated that the development of digital technologies plays a key role in providing the system of innovative tools of the marketing complex at the processing enterprises of the agro-industrial complex. Therefore, attention was paid to modern innovative tools of Internet marketing, namely, model PESO, which classifies Internet tools as: Paid – Incentives, Internet advertising; Shared – Messengers and social resources, Posting, Content; Owned – Digital property; Earned – Audience Generated, Partnership, Engagement. Based on this model, modern innovation and marketing tools for promoting products on the Internet were identified. With the help of innovative marketing tools identify promising areas to bring the potential of modern processing enterprises of the agro-industrial complex in accordance with environmental conditions.
Проблема молодого покоління є однією з ключових у кожному суспільстві. В Україні вона набуває особливої значущості з огляду на посилення демографічної кризи, старіння населення та міграцію молоді. У сукупності негативних явищ поширення останнім часом набуває проблема, пов’язана з молоддю, яка не вчиться, не працює і не бажає вчитися або працювати. Ця категорія молоді у світовій практиці дістала назву NEET (not in employment, education or training). Саме потреба викликати інтерес науковців і практиків, усього суспільства до цього явища, яке може, без перебільшення, мати катастрофічні соціально-економічні наслідки для України, і стала основною метою статті. Дослідження проведено трьома окремими методами: аналізу існуючих даних (desk research); анкетного комп’ютерного (CAPI) та індивідуального (IDI) опитування; на основі літературного огляду.З’ясовано сутність поняття NEET як явища та категорії молодих людей, котрі не працюють як з власної волі, так і через те, що, незважаючи на свої зусилля, не можуть знайти роботу і бути зайнятими. Виокремлено п’ять груп молодих осіб з розглядуваної категорії, подано критерії їх ідентифікації. Оцінено стан даного явища, на підставі відомостей зарубіжних дослідників та власних спостережень виявлено основні причини появи, поширення та наслідки цього явища. Особливу увагу приділено окремим рекомендаціям щодо обмеження його поширення в Україні. З цією метою наведено стратегії та програми, які набули практичного застосування в країнах Європейського Союзу.
A number of system characteristics of the formation of technological competitiveness of the national economy concerning the improvement of quality of the institutional environment, strengthening the aspects of competition, improving the efficiency of resource provision, and the development of innovative entrepreneurial activity have been determined. The scheme of formation of technological competitiveness of the national economy is constructed, wherein three consecutive stages of its establishment in the coordinates of constant management influence of the institutional environment and sustainable world innovation and technological progress are distinguished as follows: 1) accumulation of the potential of innovation and technological development of the national economy; 2) materialization of the potential of innovation and technological development of the national economy; 3) achieving the state of and ability to technological competitiveness of the national economy. A conceptual approach to the definition of substantial-contentual, structural characteristics and classification features of technological competitiveness of the national economy is provided. It is proposed to consider such competitiveness of the national economy as a winning state of technological competitive advantages of the national economy in a specific time period, which, in order to maintain balance value and ability to compete in the conditions of dynamic progress of technologies, requires a sustainable increase in the potential of innovation and technological growth of strategic sectors of the national economy and society and is ensured through the effective management influence of the complex system of innovative and integrated structures.
