This research aims at describing the language acquisition or the ability to acquire language of a child with mental retardation. The data of this study is the language acquisition of Herman (a 2-year-old-child). Data sources were categorized into two groups; the primary data was obtained from Herman’s utterances, and the secondary data was from literature sources (books about psycholinguistics). This research used descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected, clarified, and analyzed according to the established criteria. The result of the study indicated that there was a delay in the language acquisition of the child with mental retardation, yet the process was in a good development.
Penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan wujud pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama dan prinsip kesantunan dalam film Orang Kaya Baru, mendeskripsikan makna implikatur yang terkandung dalam film Orang Kaya Baru, dan mendeskripsikan implementasinya dalam pembelajaran teks anekdot. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode simak dengan teknik dasar sadap dan teknik lanjutannya teknik simak bebas libat cakap dan teknik catat. Pada tahap analisis data, peneliti menggunakan metode padan dengan teknik dasar pilah unsur penentu menggunakan daya pilah pragmatis, dan teknik lanjutan hubung banding memperbedakan. Adapun hasil analisis data disajikan dengan metode informal. Berdasarkan analisis data, terdapat pelanggaran pada setiap maksim dalam prinsip kerja sama dan prinsip kesantunan. Pelanggaran maksim-maksim tersebut menjadi penyebab munculnya implikatur percakapan dalam film Orang Kaya Baru. Adanya pelanggaran tersebut juga memberikan manfaat bagi pembaca, khususnya siswa. Melalui pemahaman tentang pelanggaran prinsip percakapan, diharapkan pembaca dapat menggunakan prinsip percakapan yang sesuai dalam berkomunikasi. Pemahaman mengenai implikatur dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran pada Kompetensi Dasar (KD) 3.5 yaitu mengevaluasi teks anekdot dari aspek makna tersirat.
Karya sastra sastrawan Ahmad Tohari sering berisi kritik sosial pada kehidupan masyarakat, contohnya pada kumpulan cerpennya yang berjudul Mata yang Enak Dipandang. Kritik sosial tersebut mengandung sarana pengungkap masalah-masalah sosial yang sering dijumpainya. Penelitian terkait kritik sosial pada kumpulan cerpen Mata yang Enak Dipandang penting untuk menelaah secara ilmiah kaya cerpen tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian sosiologi sastra dengan bentuk deskriptif analisis. Penyediaan data penelitian ini menggunakan metode simak dan teknik catat adapun analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Dari hasil analisis, jenis masalah sosial yang ditemukan adalah masalah sosial ekonomi, politik, agama, moral, rumah tangga, dan kebiasaan. Masalah sosial ekonomi merupakan masalah sosial yang dominan pada kumpulan cerpen ini. Adapun wujud kritik sosial yang ditemukan adalah kritik pada seseorang yang suka menindas orang yang lemah, kritik pada pemerintah yang programnya kurang berhasil, kritik pada orang tua yang tidak menghargai pilihan anak, kritik pada masyarakat yang mencari jalan pintas agar perekonomiannya meningkat, kritik pada masyarakat yang suka menyindir orang tahlilan, kritik pada masyarakat yang kurang peduli pada tetangganya, dan kritik pada istri yang mempermainkan perasaan suaminya.

Dharmadi is a part of the local literature of Banyumas’ poet by instilling and determining his position as a poet with a long process to gain legitimacy. The purpose of this study is to perpetuate the assets of Banyumas' local literary treasures and provide the alternative resources in viewing Banyumas literature from the genre of poem and poetry. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with the theory is the sociological literary criticism of the cultural production arena by Pierre Bourdieu. The results of this research show that the habitus and trajectory are strong supporting factors in Dharmadi's existence of the literary poetry in Banyumas arena. Dharmadi's habitus consists of three elements; historical products habitus, preconscious habitus, regular and patterned habitus. In addition, finding the trajectory of Dharmadi which is individual as a route in the poet's journey to reach the position of the poet in the arena of Banyumas cultural production.
Students have difficulty in writing drama scripts. Teachers Indonesian are required to be able to develop teaching materials as a source of material information that is important for students to be skilled in writing drama scripts. Teaching materials developed by teachers should be charged with local wisdom and character education. This research aims to realize the learning materials of writing drama scripts loaded with local wisdom and character education. This research uses Research and Development (R&D) approach from Borg and Gall which is tailored to the needs of this research. This research and development resulted in teaching material writing drama scripts loaded with local wisdom and character education. As a learning material to write a drama script, the material contains six main parts: writing a drama script, intrinsic elements of drama, character education values, examples of local wisdom, examples of drama scripts that are charged with local wisdom and character education, and evaluations to measure students' competence. The procedure is divided into seven main stages, namely theoretical and practical analysis, analysis of the needs of students and teachers, prototyping, material expert tests, prototype revisions, product use tests, and product development of thinking-pair-sharing techniques writing drama scripts
