The article considers some of software complexes for building master plan visualization as a whole and its components. Special focus is on possibility of increasing quality of design performance and wider number of technically unskilled users.
Abstract:The peculiarities of application of nodal method in the construction of large and complex industrial systems, the principles of the spatial division of the object on the technological, building and public spaces, the basic documents on the use of nodal method. As an example, we consider the use of nodal method in the construction machinery manufacturing enterprises. To this end, provides a general description of space planning and designs of single-floor and multi-floors buildings of this industry, the composition of industrial complexes and sub complexes engineering, their basic units and plots, schemes interlinkages units and energy supply. It includes steps for the development of complex aggregated network diagrams network diagrams and working with the justification of continuous work flow.

Abstract.The article provides guidelines on calculation of the cast-inplace reinforced concrete thermal treatment modes: the problem of thermal treatment mode by setting the mathematical temperature field model in the hardening concrete has been solved; model equation which allows calculating the temperature field in the hardening concrete structure using computer software has been solved. These data allow to achieve the high quality of concrete at minimum heat treatment duration and the maximum reduction of energy costs, while minimizing experimental calculations. The energy efficiency problem of economy class residential buildingsOne of the most pressing social problems in the world is the problem of housing for citizens, towards whom the state has obligations in accordance with applicable law. Currently, the most efficient way to solve this problem directly is a mechanism of provision of housing at the expense of state funds. Successful completion of such programs is also achieved due to the formation of an affordable economy class housing market that meets the requirements of energy efficiency and environmental friendliness. In turn, the energy efficiency criterion is achieved by rational choice of technology and organization of construction operations [1, 2]. Energy efficient concrete temperature conditionsCurrently, the use of technology and organization of construction by cast-in-place method, which has a significantly accelerated level of adoption, has been increasingly recognized in the construction industry. An important criterion for energy efficiency of cast reinforced concrete technology utilization is the rational temperature condition of concrete hardening [3]. It is necessary to have a common method of the temperature field calculation in the hardening concrete structure for a satisfactory resolution of this problem. The implementation of this calculation method by using computer modelling is currently possible and relevant due to the widespread use of computer technology [4,5].
Economic indicators of construction work, particularly in high-rise construction, are directly related to the choice of optimal number of machines. The shortage of machinery makes it impossible to complete the construction & installation work on scheduled time. Rates of performance of construction & installation works and labor productivity during high-rise construction largely depend on the degree of provision of construction project with machines (level of work mechanization). During calculation of the need for machines in construction projects, it is necessary to ensure that work is completed on scheduled time, increased level of complex mechanization, increased productivity and reduction of manual work, and improved usage and maintenance of machine fleet. The selection of machines and determination of their numbers should be carried out by using formulas presented in this work.
