Tanaman sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata Ness.) merupakan salah satu tanaman obat yang dipercaya dapat mengobati berbagai penyakit seperti influenza, anti kanker, meningkatkan ketahanan tubuh dan anti-fertilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari daun sambiloto terhadap jumlah dan motilitas spermatozoa mencit (Mus musculus L.) jantan galur DDY (Deutschland, Denken, and Yoken). Sebanyak 24 ekor mencit jantan dengan berat antara 100-125gramdibagi menjadi empat kelompok perlakuan yaitu P0, P1, P2 dan P3 dengan masing-masing dosis 0, 84, 140 dan 196 mg/kg berat badan yang diberikan ekstrak etanol secara oral selama 15 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok perlakuan P3 (196 mg/kg berat badan) menunjukkan jumlah spermatozoa terbanyak yaitu 7,33 juta/ml, mengalami penurunan sebesar 78,86% terhadap kontrol. Kandungan senyawa andrografolid dan flavonoid pada ekstrak sambiloto diduga kuat menjadi penyebab penurunan jumlah dan motilitas spermatozoa mencit. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan informasi bahwa pemberian ekstrak etanol daun sambiloto berpengaruh terhadap jumlah dan motilitas spermatozoa mencit jantan.
Background: The ability to think analytically is one part of higher-order thinking skills, which should be owned by students according to the reference in the curriculum. Giving feedback is one of the efforts to support students' analytical thinking skills. Methods: The research used is Quasi-Experimental, with a Posttest-Only Control Design. The sampling technique used was Cluster Random Sampling. The research instrument was used through a test in the form of a description of 6 questions integrated into three indicators of analytical thinking ability (Differentiating, Attributing and Organizing). Results: showed that the average value of posttest analytical thinking ability in the experimental class was 63.67, which was greater than the control class, which was 56.63. Hypothesis testing through t-test at the 5% significance level obtained the value of tcount = 2.13 while ttable = 2.00, it is mean that tcount > ttable then H0 is rejected. Conclusions: The conclusion that can be formulated is that giving feedback has a significant effect on students' analytical thinking skills on the excretory system material, with the highest achievement indicator of analytical thinking ability achieved by indicators attributing.
This study aims to determine the effect of Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperating, Transferring (REACT) learning strategies on students' science process skills. This research was carried out in SMA Negeri 11 Bekasi City from April to May 2017. The method used in this study was Quasi Experiment, with the Posttest Only Control Design research design. The target population is all students of class X MIA totaling 240 students. The sampling technique used Cluster Random Sampling, and obtained the X MIA 2 class as the experimental class and X MIA 3 class as the control class. Data collection is done by using multiple choice tests to measure 9 indicators of student science process skills. Hypothesis testing using the t test at a significance level α = 1%, obtained tcount = 3.06> t0.99 = 2.38, which means that H0 is rejected, so there is a very significant effect on both groups. So, it can be concluded that the use of REACT (Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperating, Transferring) learning strategies has an effect on students' science process skills.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu sekolah dasar di Jakarta pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2021/2022 dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh penggunaan model Problem Based Learning terhadap keterampilan berpikir komputasional matematis. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain penelitian berupa Posttest only control. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri atas 32 peserta didik kelas eksperimen (Model Problem Based Learning) dan 32 peserta didik kelas kontrol (Pembelajaran Konvensional) dipilih dengan sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data keterampilan berpikir komputasional matematis menggunakan instrumen tes dalam bentuk soal pilihan ganda sebanyak 15 butir, yang keseluruhan soal mencakup indikator keterampilan berpikir komputasional matematis. Indikator keterampilan berpikir komputasional matematis yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah dekomposisi masalah, pemikiran secara algoritma, abstraksi, dan pengenalan pola. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterampilan berpikir komputasional matematis siswa dengan menggunakan Model Problem Based Learning lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning terhadap keterampilan beripikir komputasional matematis.
