Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model hybrid learning yaitu model pembelajaran yang mengkombinasikan metode tatap muka dengan metode e-learning, serta melakukan pengukuran terhadap pengaruh dari implementasi model tersebut terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Model hybrid learning yangdikembangkan ditujukan untuk pembelajaran mata kuliah Statistika II di di Prodi Manajemen UPI. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 8 bulan dengan tahapan penelitian yang meliputi pengembangan model, uji coba model, dan perbaikan model berdasarkan hasil uji coba. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan metode Hybrid Learning kurang cocok diterapkan pada mata kulaih statistik 2 yang lebih bersifat kuantitatif. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai hasil ujian mahasiswa yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan penggunaan metode konvensional. Untuk mata kuliah yang bersifat kuantitatif ternyata keberadaan dosen secara fisik masih sangat diperlukan.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, SMEs located in tourism destinations in the form of small islands in Indonesia experienced many problems, including: decreased sales turnover due to reduced number of tourists coming to visit the island, difficulty in raw materials, rising raw material prices and SMEs not understanding how to do digital marketing effectively. Digital skills for SMEs are very important in building a competitive advantage and expanding the market not only in their area. Therefore, a community empower program was initiated to help the SMEs survive through covid19 pandemic, by increasing their capacity on Digital Marketing.The objectives of this program are:(1) to develop community empowerment through Digital Marketing program (2) to increase community skills in digital marketing. Eight months of educational activities were conducted on 20 SMEs from April 2021 to November 2021 at the Unesco Global Geopark Belitong. Using the parcipatory training method, SMEs were able to understand how to conduct digital marketing. The result of this program, is SMEs start to develop their own digital marketing program, with the help from university students. For future program SMEs express their hope that coaching and upskilling in digital marketing will continue in order to help them increase their market.
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena adanya kemudahan memperoleh sumber pendanaan internal, membuat perusahaan memaksimalkan pendanaan yang bersumber dari internal sehingga tidak melibatkan pihak lain. Right issue adalah salah satu upaya perusahaan agar memperoleh dana murah yang dapat digunakan untuk ekspansi usaha, modal kerja, atau membayar utang. Selama kurun waktu 5 tahun terjadi fluktuasi jumlah perusahaan yang melakukan right issue. Hal ini menunjukan adanya perusahaan yang membutuhkan tambahan dana sehingga melakukan right issue sebagai alternative memperoleh dana tambahan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis profitabilitas dan likuiditas sebelum dan sesudah melakukan right issue. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang melakukan right issue pada tahun 2012 dan 2013. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel 16 perusahaan. Analisis ini menggunakan pengujian statistik dengan bantuan program SPSS. Uji normalitas data yang digunakan menggunakan uji normalitas Kolmogorov -Smirnov. Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini tidak terdistribusi secara normal karena memiliki nilai Asymp Sig-2tailed < 0,05 sehingga pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa : (1) Tidak terdapat perbedaaan profitabilitas yang diukur menggunakan return on equity sebelum dan sesudah melakukan right issue. (2) Terdapat perbedaan likuiditas yang diukur dengan current ratio sebelum dan sesudah melakukan right issue. Kata kunci : Right Issue, Profitabilitas, Likuiditas
Abstract-Creative industry occupies a strategic position in the development of industry in Indonesia today. Its improvement still encounters obstacles, especially with regard to the financial structure. Therefore, this study aimed to gain an overview of the financial structure, and identify factors driving and inhibiting in the development of creative SMEs financial structure based on local raw materials in West Java. The research used qualitative methods, data collected by observations, interviews, and literature study. The results shows that there are still a lot of potentials that could be developed include the potential market is very large, so it is necessary to strengthen the financial structure of micro. So it is expected to improve the competitiveness of SMEs both at home and abroad. There are several constraints faced by developing the strengthening of the financial structure of micro channeled through cooperatives, is generally associated with knowledge about microfinance inadequate. The driving factors in developing microfinance structures associated with the market potential and SMEs are growing in line with the creativity of SMEs especially in the West Java -based local materials through financing undertaken by the cooperative. The overall result showed that the strengthening of the financial structure of micro SMEs based creative local raw materials in West Java can improve competitiveness both domestically and abroad.
