This study aims to see the extent of the implementation of Islamic communication at SMP Plus Ulul Ilmi Medan and the obstacles faced in the implementation process. The research method that the author uses is descriptive qualitative by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation based on the required data. The results showed that: (1) the vision and mission and motto of the school became the basis for the implementation of Islamic communication in the school environment which refers to the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. (2) Theimplementation of Islamic communication in verbal and nonverbal learning that is implemented in speech and deeds. (3) there are two obstacles in the implementation of Islamic communication. These obstacles are caused by two factors, namely: internal factors caused by the school's HR qualifications are not in accordance with the scientific competencies charged; external factors in the form of lack of attention of parents in supervising and directing their children and the busyness of parents at work which has an impact on the lack of attention to children.
This study seeks to examine the project management approach and the application of project management in education. In this study using the method of library research (library research). In obtaining research data, researchers collect, analyze, organize, sources from articles, books, previous research on methods and approaches in project management. The results of the research are (1) Project Management is a discipline that must be possessed by every professional individual in an organization because the dynamics of an ever-changing organization requires an organization or must be able to create ideas that are embodied in projects. Projects are complex business activities. , are not routine in nature, have limited time, budget and resources and have special specifications for the products to be produced. (2) The Project Management Method used is CPM (Critical Path Method). 1) critical method (CPM) and linear programming approach (Linear Programming), 2) critical method is basically a time-activated scheduling method. The purpose of the critical method is to establish the relationship between time and cost by reducing the target time and considering operational costs. (3) Waterfall Project Management Approach, Critical Path Method, Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM).
Teacher Training Management at Darul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School Medan. This study aims to determine: (1) Teacher Training Planning, (2) Teacher Training Organizing, (3) Teacher Training Implementation, (4) Teacher Training Supervision. This study uses qualitative research methods, data collected by observation, interviews, and reviewing documents. The findings of this study reveal four findings, namely: 1) Teacher training planning is contained in the vision, mission and goals of the pesantren and in collaboration with the government or other agencies, whether it is held by public or private universities, 2) Organizing teacher training involves several things, namely: discussion methods and training strategies, as well as democratic leadership in terms of encouraging teacher training motivation, 3) The implementation of teacher training is designed by providing opportunities for teachers to follow it and take a psychological approach and also give appreciation and reword for achievements, 4) Supervision of teacher training This is done by calculating the percentage of training activities and holding teacher performance evaluation meetings and implementing the results of the training.
