Instant Noodle is a food product that is practical and much-loved by all people. Therefore, companies need to analyze consumer behavior towards the pattern of purchasing their products. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, price, and quality of Indomie products through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable on customer loyalty. The number of samples is 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used was path analysis with the help of the SPSS 25.0 program. Sobel test results show that there is an influence between brand image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable, price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable, and product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial antara motivasi kerja terhadap kepuaasan keerja karyawann pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Ciputat", untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial antara iklim organisasi terhadap kepuaasan keerja karyawann pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Ciputat, untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara simultan antara motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap kepuaasan keerja karyawann pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Ciputat. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari jawaban dari responden yang menjadi karyawan di Bank BTN Cabang Ciputat yang diberikan kuesioner. Pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada Bank BTN Cabang Ciputat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan pada variabel motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan variabel motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja. Pada koefisien determinasi terdapat pengaruh sebesar 79,3% yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja yang dijelaskan oleh variabel motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi, sedangkan sisanya 20,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain dan tidak termasuk kedalam analisis regresi ini.Kata kunci: motivasi kerjaa, iklim organisasi, kepuasan kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect partially between work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Ciputat Branch. The data used in this study used primary data obtained from answers from respondents who were employees at the Bank BTN Ciputat Branch who were given a questionnaire. The sample selection in this study was employees at Bank BTN Ciputat Branch. The results of this study indicate that there are simultaneous effects on work motivation and organizational climate variables on job satisfaction. The results of this study also show that work motivation and organizational climate variables have a partially significant effect on job satisfaction. In the coefficient of determination there is an influence of 79.3% which affects job satisfaction which is explained by work motivation and organizational climate variables, while the remaining 20.7% is influenced by other variables and is not included in this regression analysis.
Ex-coal mining void has changed landscape shape, physical-chemical, and soil biological properties. As a form of post-mining management, the company must restore damaged land and increase its benefits for the surrounding community, one of which is as a freshwater aquaculture area. This study was conducted in a 50.26 ha void in the concession area of the coal mining company PT. Mitrabara Adiperdana (MAP) in Malinau Regency, North Kalimantan. The method used is by examining the physical quality of the environment in the laboratory using the quality standards in Indonesian Government Regulation (PP) No. 82 of 2001 and No. 22 of 2021. A study was also conducted on the assessment of community acceptance. The study found that freshwater aquaculture for pangasius (<em>Pangasius</em> sp.), snakehead (<em>Channa striata</em>), and tilapia (<em>Oreochromis</em> sp.) is appropriate to apply on location with several notes: reducing the concentration of suspended solids; reducing the content of phosphate and ammonia, and reducing the concentration of lead (Pb). Regarding these issues, two methods can be used: technology of turbine and nanobubble and natural-based solution through wetland ecosystem and void basin rehabilitation. At the same time, education and promotion of the surrounding community can be applied by involving communities during the piloting and demonstration plot process.
This study aimed to determine the effect of Price Discount, Store Atmosphere, and Product Display on Impulse Buying at Matahari Department Store. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were consumers of Matahari Department Store Royal Plaza Surabaya with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study was 100 respondents with a questionnaire data collection technique. The data analysis technique used to answer the proposed hypothesis is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 For Windows. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Price Discount, Store Atmosphere, and Product Display simultaneously influence Impulse Buying for consumers at Matahari Department Store Royal Plaza Surabaya. (2) Price Discounts partially affect Impulse Buying for consumers at Matahari Department Store Royal Plaza Surabaya. (3) Store Atmosphere partially influences Impulse Buying for consumers at Matahari Department Store Royal Plaza Surabaya. Di era saat ini UMKM perlu memaksimalkan usahanya agar dapat bertahan hidup. Usaha Mikro Kecil yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah usaha Bakso Super Rasa yan berada di Jalan Gayungan Surabaya. Usaha ini merupakan usaha yang bergerak dibidang kuliner. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi bisnis yang digunakan Bakso Super Rasa dalam bidang keuangan, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran dan produksi dalam mempertahankan usaha dan meningkatkan pendapatan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan strategi bisnis dalam mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dengan metode SWOT pada usaha Bakso Super Rasa. Melalui analisis menggunakan IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) dan EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) maka dapat diketahu faktor Internal yaitu kekuatan dan kelemahan, dan faktor Eksternal yaitu peluang dan acaman. Pemilihan strategi menggunakan strategi SO, sehingga pada diagram S dan O terletak pada kuadran I yaitu perusahaan memiliki kekuatan untuk memaksimalkan peluang yang ada dengan cara meminimalkan kelemahan dan ancaman dengan mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif (Growth oriented strategy).Kata Kunci : UMKM, Strategi Bisnis, Analisis SWOT
