AbstrakPenelitian ini menganalisa pembentukan Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) melalui pendekatan multilevel governance. Yakni, melihat dinamika integrasi ekonomi ASEAN dalam proses pengambilan kebijakan baik di tingkat makro-regional yakni pada level regional ASEAN, maupun mikro-regional yang dalam hal ini peranan di level subregional. Kapasitas kerjasama subregional sangat penting terutama sebagai dinamisator ekonomi di wilayah-wilayah terbelakang sekaligus sebagai wadah dalam menerapkan kebijakan alternatif untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan integrasi ekonomi regional. Kemampuan ASEAN untuk mendorong penyempitan jarak kesenjangan pembangunan antara negara-negara CLMV (Kamboja, Laos, Myanamar dan Vietnam) dengan ASEAN6, serta kesenjangan konektivitas antara tiga subregional yakni GMS (Greater Mekong Subregion), IMT-GT (Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle), dan BIMP-EAGA (Brunei Darussalam-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East ASEAN Growth Area) sangat penting dalam upaya mendorong konvergensi kepentingan dan kohesivitas regional menuju kawasan yang berdaya saing. AbstractThis research analyzes the formation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) using multilevel governance approach. It sees through the dynamic integration of ASEAN in the process of policy-making both at macro-regional level that is the ASEAN regional level, as well as micro-regional role in this regard subregional. The capacity of subregional cooperation is particularly important as the economic dynamist in remote areas as well as the container in implementing alternative policies to achieve the objectives of regional economic integration. ASEAN's ability to drive the distance narrowing the development gap between CLMV countries (Cambodia, Laos, Myanamar and Vietnam) with ASEAN6, as well as the gap between the three subregional connectivity the GMS (Greater Mekong Subregion), IMT-GT (Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle), and BIMP-EAGA (Brunei Darussalam-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East ASEAN Growth Area) is very important in order to encourage the convergence of interests and regional cohesion towards regional competitiveness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV di UPT SD Negeri 12 Kecamatan Gresik Kabupaten Gresik dalam memahami pembelajaran Matematika pokok bahasan berbagai bentuk pecahan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Make A Match. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data kemampuan peserta didik dalam memahami berbagai bentuk pecahan dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Make A Match dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan kemampuan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV di UPT SD Negeri 12 Gresik dalam memahami pembelajaran Matematika pokok bahasan berbagai bentuk pecahan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Make A Match. Secara kuantitatif terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar berbagai bentuk pecahan dari siklus I ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 73% ke siklus II sebesar 88%. Hasil ini menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap berbagai bentuk pecahan sebesar 15%. Secara kualitatif kemampuan peserta didik dalam memahami berbagai bentuk pecahan meningkat dari kualifikasi sedang ke tinggi. Dengan demikian, penerapan Model Pembelajaran Make A Match dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar berbagai bentuk pecahan pada peserta didik kelas IV UPT SD Negeri 12 Gresik Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020.

Rusip is made from fermented bilis fish (Clupeoides borneensis) After the fish is fermented and emits an acidic odor, then it is processed with onions, chili with brown sugar, rice crust water, salt, and also key oranges. "Rusip can be eaten in the morning, afternoon and night. Rusip is also considered to be a side dish at meals or commonly eaten with cassava leaves, kangkung leaves and also dipped with cucumbers and eggplants or other vegetables. Almost all regions in Bangka produce rusip. small or home industry In general, rusip products have the appearance of whole fish that starts to crumble, cloudy and runny with gray and brown color, salty and sour taste, and fishy and sour aroma which is a characteristic of fermented products. rusip that cannot last for a long time, it is necessary to process innovations based on rusip to bring up new processed products, besides that the rusip can be easily accepted by many people. Based on this, there is a need for community service that emphasizes innovation processed products made from russip-based products, while the participants in the community service activities were women P KK who are members of the National Crafts Council of the Bangka Province with a total of 30 people. From the results of counseling, discussions, and demonstrations carried out for PKK mothers, it can be concluded that the importance of understanding the scope of culinary tourism and the importance of culinary tourism in the development of tourism in an area can improve people's income, culinary can preserve regional specialties. Thus the community will feel ownership and feel proud of the local cuisine that exists.
ABSTRAK Indonesia sebagai negara dengan perairan yang luas, membuat moda transportasi berupa ferry ro-ro menjadi transportasi utama untuk logistic dan juga penumpang. Diangkatnya restriksi mengenai COVID-19 juga semakin membuat kebutuhan terhadap moda transportasi ini semakin meningkat. Namun, faktor keselamatan masih menjadi faktor yang belum terlalu diperhatikan sehingga terdapat beberapa kecelakaan melibatkan kapal ferry ro-ro. Salah satunya adalah miringnya kapal ferry Lestari Maju. Kapal berlayar dari Dermaga Pelabuhan Bira menuju ke Pelabuhan Pamatata namun di tengah pelayaran kapal dihantam ombak sehingga terdapat air yang masuk kemudian hal tersebut mengakitbatkan miringnya kapal Lestari Maju. Selanjutnya, analisis kecelakaan dengan menggunakan Accident Mapping (AcciMap) akan digunakan untuk menganalisis lebih dalam penelitian ini. Faktor manusia, organisasi antara lain perusahaan pelayaran, pemerintah lokal dan pusat menjadi beberapa factor yang berkontribusi dalam kecelakaan tersbut. Oleh karena itu dapat ditentukan rekomendasi yang sesuai bagi pihak terkait dan juga meminimalisir terjadinya kejadian serupa di masa yang akan datang. The lifting of restrictions regarding COVID-19 has also increased the need for this mode of transportation. However, the safety factor is still a factor that has not been given much attention so that there have been several accidents involving ro-ro ferries. One of them is the tilt of the Lestari Maju ferry. The ship sailed from the Bira Harbor Pier to Pamatata Harbor but in the middle of the voyage the ship was hit by waves so that water came in and this caused the Lestari Maju ship to tilt. Furthermore, accident analysis using Accident Mapping (AcciMap) will be used to analyze more in this study. Human factors, organizations including shipping companies, local and central government are several factors that contribute to the accident. Therefore, appropriate recommendations can be determined for related parties and also minimize the occurrence of similar incidents in the future.
