This study aims to obtain the form of project work network in the Probolinggo City Hospital Development Project, to determine the effect of accelerating the duration of Probolinggo City Hospital Development work on network planning and to find out the amount of costs incurred before and after the acceleration of the duration of project work. The method used is the acceleration method with modification of the scheduling of the CPM model. CPM method planning is a recommendation in choosing from many existing methods, because there is a calculation of the earliest time the project starts, the last time the project starts as well as the earliest time to finish and the last time to finish so that it can be known the time lag of all activities. Data Used are primary and secondary data related to the sequence and relationship of activities, implementation time and cost budget plan (RAB). In this thesis, the author takes scheduling data from the Probolinggo City Hospital Development Project which will be used as the basis for writing this thesis in conducting CPM analysis and accelerating the duration of work with additional overtime working hours and calculating the total cost of the acceleration to be used as comparison material in the writing results. Based on the analysis that has been carried out using the Microsoft Project 2016 application, the normal duration of structural work is 81 working days and has 18 critical units of 31 work items. After the acceleration was carried out, there was a decrease in the duration of the work of the structure to 74 working days. The difference in duration decrease was 7 days or 9.45%. The total initial cost with the normal duration for structural work is IDR 28,563,131,560, while after acceleration, the project cost for structural work becomes IDR 28,635,083,793
The need for housing continues to increase as the number of inhabitants increases. Housing development as one of the efforts to meet the needs of the community for residential houses. The Andalusian Griya Giri housing estate in Gresik Regency was built with a type. However, with the vast area in Gresik Regency and the fierce competition of housing developers who offer housing in a higher segment and at prices that do not differ much, it can be concluded that this housing is a waste of costs in development. Therefore, a way is needed to overcome this problem, namely by applying Value Engineering. This study aims to analyze the optimization of the calculation of the cost budget plan without reducing the quality and function of the building with the Value Engineering method. The analysis technique in Value Engineering of this study uses a comparative method with cost analysis. This method compares the profit price of the landcape design before it is redesigned with the design that has been redesigned, namely changing the house plan, appearance and number of house compositions / site plans so that maximum profit is obtained. This analysis uses the stages of the Value Engineering plan, namely the information stage, stage, creative, analysis stage, recommendation stage and presentation stage. Based on the results of the Value Engineering analysis at the Griya Giri Andalusian Housing Project in Gresik district, the most profitable design alternative was to use Design C with the change of type 38/72 housing units to 36 units. The profit price after redesigning from the original design, the production price of the type 38 house is Rp. 122.2 40. 00,000 becomes Rp. 9 0.728.514. The amount of profit increased generated after the redesign of the original design and the change in the number of house compositions / site plans was carried out amounting to Rp 7,864.960. 000 becomes Rp. 9,981,773,496.

Penelitian ini membahas sebuah perangkat lunak Autodesk Revit, dengan perangkat lunak ini pengguna bisa merancang bangunan serta struktur menggunakan pemodelan 3D dan menyajikan gambar kerja 2D serta Quantity Take-Off material. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah melakukan permodelan 3D, perhitungan volume, dan perhitungan biaya dengan bantuan software Revit. Pengumpulan data dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam mencapai tujuan penelitian. foto lapangan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai salah satu acuan dalam permodelan 3D, harga satuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menghitung biaya pekerjaan. Gambar nantinya digunakan untuk acaun membuat permodelan jembatan di software Revit yang kemudian bisa diketahui untuk volume pekerjaannya. Rekapitulasi dari total semua volume pekerjaan yang didapatkan setelah melakukan permodelan 3D. The implementation of construction projects generally carried out in construction contracts results in community apathy because they are not actively involved in the planning, implementation and maintenance operations of construction projects. The government launched the National Community Empowerment Program (PNPM). One of the PNPM programs initiated was the Rural Infrastructure Development Program (PPIP). Election Implementation of a construction project using a construction contract or community empowerment by considering several criteria and sub criteria so that the implementation of construction projects can be carried out effectively and efficiently. The measures discussed in implementing construction projects are time, cost, quality, community participation, administration, and independence. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to analyze the results of the questionnaire so that the criteria and sub criteria weighted as a consideration for the selection of construction projects. Based on the results of the analysis, we obtained the weights of the construction project implementation criteria, namely: time with a load of 0.198, costs with a capacity of 0.203, quality with an amount of 0.178, community participation with an amount of 0.118, administration with a weight of 0.139 and independence with a weight of 0.139. Then it is known that the construction contract weight is 1.045 and the influence of community empowerment is 0.955. Furthermore, the calculation of alternative weights carried out so that the criteria obtained: time, quality and administration took into account in the construction contract. Considerations: costs, community participation, and independence are taken into consideration by the project in community empowerment. Based on the results of the analysis shows that the implementation of construction projects is better done using a construction contract because it explicitly incorporated in its accountability. The cost criteria are the most significant factor and sub-criteria the accuracy of the start schedule of implementation occupies the highest score in the selection of the application of the construction contract.
Facing the flood problem is a homework from the Tuban Regency Government that must be completed in the near future, for that the Construction of the Village Flood Control Reservoir Jadi Tuban Regency is one of the efforts to answer the task, and can implement on time, a mitigation needed in an attempt to prevent project delays. This study uses the HOR method (House Of Risk) which is a framework consisting of HOR 1 and HOR 2 wherein this method steps taken by mapping the risk events with FMEA steps, looking for risk-causing agents, analyzing risk agents by determining the Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP), evaluates risk-causing agents with Pareto diagrams, and identifies proactive actions, and establishes priorities for handling / mitigating the causes of delays. In this research, the risks are 18 risk events, 67 agents are the cause of risk, and the highest priority is handling the determination of a qualified contractor in providing capital, materials, labor, and equipment as well as a contractor who has a solid work team and has the right implementation method and in accordance with Location and Weather, being able to overcome Project delays project delays.
