Abstract. The training activities were carried out at SMPN 1 Krembung which aimed to improve the professionalism of teachers in the operation of electronic-based learning media. This dedication is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in the form of lectures, discussions, training, and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The activities carried out are: (1) providing understanding for teachers about the importance of utilizing developing technology as a learning medium, and (2) conducting simulations of making electronic-based learning media ranging from how to create to the operation of electronic-based learning media. This activity was attended by twenty teachers from SMP Negeri 1 Krembung. Seventeen teachers understood the benefits and ways of using electronic learning media as well.Keywords: Training, learning media, electronics, teacher professionalism, Junior High School 1 Krembung.Abstrak. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan di SMPN 1 Krembung yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan profesionalisme guru dalam pengoprasian media pembelajaran berbasis elektronik. Pengabdian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam bentuk ceramah, diskusi, pelatihan, dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Adapun kegaiatn yang dilakukan adalah: (1) memberikan pemahaman bagi guru mengenai pentingnya memanfaatkan teknologi yang berkembang sebagai media pembelajaran, dan (2) melakukan simulasi pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis elektronik mulai dari cara mebuatan hingga pengoprasian media pembelajaran berbasis elektronik. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh dua puluh guru SMP Negeri 1 Krembung. Sejumlah tujuh belas guru memahami manfaat dan cara menggunakan media pembelajaran media pembelajaran berbasis elektronik dengan baik.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, media pembelajaran elektronik, profesionalisme guru, SMP Negeri 1 Krembung.
This article discusses the analysis of the need to develop learning media based on schoology and power to improve student motivation and learning outcomes. Student learning motivation will form motivation in achievement which is an effort to achieve the best learning outcomes that refer to the quality standards of education. Data collection techniques used are using open and closed questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using average calculations. The results of the study are teachers and students still using conventional learning materials and rarely use information and communication technology-based media that are more in demand by students. Thus it can be seen that overall development is still needed regarding the use of mediated based learning media especially in schoology and powtoon to stimulate students in increasing student motivation and learning outcomes
Abstrak: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan perangkat Desa Mojoruntut dalam bidang administrasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam bentuk ceramah, diskusi, pelatihan, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah: (1) memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya tata kelola administrasi yang baik dan benar, (2) memberikan pemahaman tentang teknik surat menurat yang benar berdasarkan tata bahasa yang baik, dan (3) melakukan simulasi pembuatan program tata kelola administrasi mulai dari perencanaan sampai evaluasi serta cara menginput data, pembuatan surat menyurat, dan sertifikat melalui Microsoft Office. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh dua belas orang dari perangkat desa. Sejumlah sebelas orang memahami cara menginput data dengan baik dan benar, sejumlah sembilan orang memahami persuratan melalui Microsoft Excel dengan baik dan benar, dan sejumlah dua belas orang memahami pembuatan sertifikat melalui Microsoft Word dengan baik dan benar. Abstract: This activity aims to improve the capabilities of Mojoruntut Village officials in the field of administration. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in the form of lectures, discussions, training, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The activities carried out are: (1) providing an understanding of the importance of good and correct administrative governance, (2) providing an understanding of correct correspondence techniques based on good grammar, and (3) conducting a simulation of making administrative governance programs starting from planning to evaluation and how to input data, making correspondence, and certificates through Microsoft Office. This activity was attended by twelve people from the village administration. Eleven people understand how to input data properly and correctly, nine people understand correspondence through Microsoft Excel properly, and a total of twelve people understand how to make certificates through Microsoft Word properly.
