Persaingan yang semakin ketat menyebabkan organisasi mampu meningkatkan daya saing serta berani meng-hadapi tantangan dan implikasinya yaitu menghadapi perubahan-perubahan dalam mencapai tujuan dan sasaran yang ditetapkan oleh organisasi tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, pengaruh Komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh komitmen organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui interview dan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Camba berjumlah sebanyak 57 orang pegawai, sedangkan teknik penentuan sampel meng-gunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, uji instrument penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisisi jalur (Path analisis), pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, artinya semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi berarti semakin puas pegawai dalam bekerja. (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, artinya semakin baik penataan lingkungan kerja maka kepuasan kerja akan semakin meningkat. (3) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, artinya semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi maka mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja pegawai, (4) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, artinya semakin baik penataan lingkungan kerja maka akan mendorong peningkatan kinerja karyawan. (5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap kinerja pegawai, artinya semakin pegawai merasa puas maka akan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja. (6) Kepuasan kerja tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai (7) Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Increasingly tighter competition causes the organization to increase its competitiveness and dare to face challenges and its implications, such as facing changes in achieving the goals and objectives set by the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of organizational commitment, work environment on employee job satisfaction, the influence of organizational commitment and work environment on employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, the influence of organizational commitment, and work environment on performance through job satisfaction. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were 57 employees of Camba District Office, while the sampling technique used saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis, research instrument test, classical assumption test, path analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results show that (1) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, meaning that the higher the organizational commit-ment, the more satisfied employees are at work. (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, meaning that the better the arrangement of the work environment, the more job satisfaction will increase. (3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that higher organizational commitment will affect employee performance improvement, (4) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that better arrangement of the work environment will encourage the increase of employee performance. (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that more satisfied employees will have an effect on improving their performance. (6) Job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. (7) Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of the work environment on employee performance.
Untuk menjaga keberlangsungan usaha seyogiaya dilakukan melalui pengembangan ekonomi kreatif. Pe-ngelolaan Usaha industri pengolahan makanan dan minuman melalui penerapan ekonomi kreatif sebagai wujud dari upaya untuk menjaga keberlangsungan usaha melalui kreativitas dan inovasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kreativitas dan inovasi terhadap pelaku usaha, pengaruh kreativitas, inovasi dan pelaku usaha terhadap keberlangsungan usaha, serta untuk menganalisis pengaruh kreativitas dan inovasi terhadap keberlangsungan usaha melalui pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory. Adapun yang menjadi populasi adalah Industri pengolahan makanan dan minuman di Kabupaten Maros sebanyak 476, dengan menggunakan sloving sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 217. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis SEM. Hasil penelitian bahwa kreatifitas memberikan pengaruh secara nyata dalam meningkatkan pelaku usaha. Inovasi memberikan pengaruh secara nyata terhadap pelaku usaha. Kreatifitas memberikan pengaruh secara nyata dalam meningkatkan kebelangsungan usaha. Inovasi yang dimiliki maka akan dapat memberikan pengaruh yang nyata dalam meningkatkan keberlangsungan usaha. Pelaku usaha memberikan pengaruh yang nyata dalam meningkatkan keberlangsungan usaha. Pelaku usaha dapat memediasi pengaruh kreatifitas terhadap keberlangsungan usaha dan pelaku usaha dapat memediasi pengaruh inovasi terhadap keberlangsungan usaha pengolahan makanan dan minuman di Kabupaten Maros.. The implementation of the Community Service Program Community Service Program Community Based Empowerment Community Service Program Community Service Program will increase the Wiring Tasi Village in Suppa District. The results of the consul meeting with partners finally identified 6 issues: (i). The low ability of entrepreneurs in home industry businesses (ii). Business organizations have not been managed optimally, (iii). The business production process has not yet implemented a good manufacturing product, (iv). Home industry products do not yet have a halal quality guarantee / certificate, (v). Packaging has not been able to attract customers, and (vi). Marketing is still limited to orders. Solution to the problem:(i). Entrepreneurship training for home industry players and the general public, (ii). Making the home industry a KUB to encourage synergy between business actors, (iii). Assistance and training related to the production process with the application of good manufacturing products, (iv). Product legality training and assistance, (v). Product packaging design and training and (vi). Assistance and marketing training based on promotion and information technology. Expected outputs from KKN PPM are: (i). Knowledge of home industry and community entrepreneurs is increasing, (ii). The formation of joint business groups in each hamlet, (iii). Implementation of good manufacturing products for home industry players, starting from selecting raw materials, production processes, and post-production, (iv). Increasing the quality of simple technology-based home industry product packaging, (v). Increased product quality assurance with the availability of halal certification for home industry products, (vi). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja ASN melalui efektifitas program diklat pada Kantor PPSDM Kemendagri Regional Makassar. Jumlah responden sebanyak 222 orang yaitu pegawai dan peserta pelatihan yang dilakukan pada kantor tersebut. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda melalui pendekatan jalur atau path. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikat terhadap efektivitas program diklat dan kinerja ASN secara langsung, artinya koefisien regresi yang dihasilakan bertanda positif dengan tingkat signifikan yang lebih kecil dari signifikasi standar jika dihubungkan secara langsung atau tanpa dimediasi variable lain. Efektifitas program diklat juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikat terhadap kinerja ASN secara langsung, koefisien regresi yang dihasilakan bertanda positif dengan tingkat signifikan yang lebih kecil dari signifikasi standar jika dihubungkan secara langsung atau tanpa dimediasi variable lain. Untuk mengukur hubungan tidak langsung antara pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja ASN melalui efektifitas program diklat hasil yang ditunjukan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN melalui efektifitas program diklat. Hubungan tidak langsung memiliki koefisien regresi yang lebih besar dari hubungan langsung yang terjadi. Hal ini diperoleh dari nilai koefisien total yang lebih besar. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of education and training on the performance of ASN through the effectiveness of the education and training program at Regional PPSDM Minstry of Home Affairs Makassar. The number of respondents was 222 people consisting of employees and trainees, conducted at the office. The data was analysed using multiple regression analysis through the path approach. The results show that education and training have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the training program and ASN performance directly. The effectiveness of the training program also has a positive and significant influence on ASN performance directly. To measure the indirect relationship between education and training on ASN performance through the effectiveness of the education and training program, a second regression was conducted. The results show that education and training have a positive and significant relationship to ASN performance through the effectiveness of the education and training program. Indirect relationship has a regression coefficient that is greater than the direct relationship that occurs. This is obtained from the larger total coefficient.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh nilai nasabah dan reputasi terhadap minat menabung melalui kepercayaan pada PT. BRI (Persero) Unit Bulu-Bulu Cabang Maros. Jumlah responden sebanyak 112 orang yaitu nasabah yang dilakukan pada kantor tersebut.Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda melalui pendekatan jalur atau path.Dari hasil analisis pengolahan data, maka diketahui bahwa nilai nasabah, reputasi dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung secara langsung dan nilai nasabah dan reputasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung melalui kepercayaan, maka dilakukan pengujuan regresi kedua. Hasil yang ditunjukan bahwa nilai nasabah dan reputasi memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung melalui kepercayaan. Hubungan tidak langsung memiliki koefisien regresi yang lebih besar dari hubungan langsung yang terjadi. Hal ini diperoleh dari nilai koefisien total yang lebih besar.
