This paper discusses the laminated structure and sandwich structure by finite element modeling, the process of finite element modeling of composite panel with top-hat stiffeners and finite element analysis of the whole hull. The result shows that the method and steps of modeling FRP yacht based on FEM to directly calculate the hull structural strength are instructive.
In this paper, the dynamic behaviors are studied for Spar type floating foundation of a 3kW in the 10m deep water considering the coupled wind turbine-tower-floating foundation and mooring lines and ocean environment load effects. The paper focus on the key issues of design of floating foundation, such as coupling dynamic analysis model and calculating method. The finite element models are established and dynamic responses of floating wind turbine system under different combinations of turbulent wind, constant current and irregular wave are calculated in frequency and time domain with SESAM software. The motion performance and lines’ tension are investigated, and some valuable conclusions are drawn. The results show that the Spar type floating foundation and mooring system can work in the ocean environment which significant wave height less than 2m, the designed large water-entrapment plate can minimized the motion of floating foundation obviously.
Ship navigation performance more and more attention in real sea conditions.To study the properties of ship motion in waves, Applling hydrodynamics calculation software for AQWA-line and AQWA-AGS modules and taking into account the role of random wave load, 2450DWT a small oil tanker in simulation and analysis of a campaign response under sea conditions, Calculate shipping in several waves under the angle of vertical and horizontal swing, heave, pitch, roll and the first rolling response amplitude operators of RAOs, additional parameters such as quality and radiation damping. Application of spectrum analysis method, ITTC wave with two parameters, which strike the spectral density of ship motion, and finally using Excel to calculate sprawling forecast prediction of ship under irregular wave.
The water area in which water depth is deeper than 50m has special advantage in wind turbine generation, because there are the stable wind speed and small Wind-shear. In such sea area, the offshore wind energy generating equipments should be set up on floating foundation structure. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the floating foundation structures that are available for offshore wind energy generation for the industrialization of the offshore wind power generation. In this paper, the basic type and working principles are reviewed for some novel floating structures developed in recent year. In addition, some key dynamical problems and risk factors of the floating structure are systemically analyzed for working load caused by turbine running and sea environment loads of floating structure. The results are valuable for designing the floating structures of wind turbine generation.
For frame structure, due to the uneven settlement of foundation, makes the whole framework of system with initial stress caused by uneven displacement, thus produce unfavorable influence on seismic performance of frame structure. By PMCAD modeling software and finite element module SATWE, analyse the initial stress effect on seismic performance of frame structure.Results show that under the influence of initial stress, the frame structure seismic performance declined.
