Abstrack -Decision Support Systems as a tool in decision making at this time began to be widely applied in various fields of life, not least in making a decision for the recruitment process. One of them is the recruitment process of tellers at bank X which has been going wrong in the recruitment process. This triggers problems including employees recruited not in accordance with criteria, employees do not last long at work (resign) and employees are unable to meet work demands. Decision Support System using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method is applied to get the value of criteria weights from alternatives, so that the final result is obtained by ranking the highest weight value. The purpose of this study is to apply the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for the recruitment of tellers at bank X. The results of this study are a model of a teller recruitment decision support system at Bank X by ranking based on the highest criterion weighting value of prospective tellers who will recruited by bank X. Thus this is expected to help recommend in the process of recruiting tellers at bank X in accordance with predetermined criteria and be able to work to the maximum in accordance with the specified contract time.
