The transcription factor Ikaros was originally found to function as a key regulator of lymphocyte differentiation. In this study, we provide the first evidence that Ikaros is expressed at higher levels in ovarian cancer tissues compared with normal ovarian tissues and is significantly associated with high FIGO stage and low differentiation state in ovarian serous adenocarcinoma. To this end, we transfected IK1 (full length of Ikaros) into the SKOV3 ovarian cancer cell line and examined cell biological behaviors including proliferation, migration and invasion. We found that overexpression of IK1 inhibited cell proliferation by inducing G1 arrest, accompanied by the upregulation of P27 and P21 and downregulation of cyclin D1 and D2. On the other hand, IK1 increased the migration and invasion of ovarian cancer cells, as assessed by scratch-wound assay, transwell migration assay, and invasion assay. Overexpression of IK1 significantly increased Slug but not Snail1 expression at both mRNA and protein levels. It also downregulated and upregulated E-cadherin and MMP-2, two target genes of Slug involved in migration, respectively. Furthermore, knocking down Slug abrogated IK1-mediated increase in migration and invasion. These data suggest that Slug plays an important role in IK1-induced migration and invasion. In conclusion, we show for the first time that IK1 plays a dual role in the proliferation, migration and invasion of ovarian cancer cells, providing new insights into their metastasis.
With grain processing technology developing fast, lots of broken rice have been wasted every year. Reconstituted rice, as a rice byproduct, has higher nutrient value and rich flavor than natural rice. This paper aims to prepare a kind of reconstituted rice in broken rice, oats, soybeans, and potato starch with good taste and nutrients by extrusion puffing technology. The combined effect of oatmeal powder (20%), soybean flour (10%), potato starch (20%), squeeze temperature (80 °C), material moisture (31%), and screw speed (160 rpm) was used to formulate the product. The results showed that the absorbent rate, volume expansion rate, and blue iodine value of the reconstituted rice were significantly lower than native rice, while the solid dissolved material of rice soup was higher than that of native rice (p < 0.05). Increased hardness and chewiness and decreased elasticity and adhesion were obtained by texture determination. The paste properties of reconstituted rice were more lacking than that of natural rice. With respect to rheological properties, reconstituted rice was more viscous, while natural rice was more elastic. With respect to thermodynamics, the starting, end, and peak temperatures of reconstituted rice were higher than natural rice. Thus, reconstituted rice could improve the utilization of broken rice, enhance the deep processing of potato starch, drive the consumption of grains, and improve the value of products attached in the future.
Tube has a complex structure in space, in order to machining tubes of different radius and avoid interference, a new type of Triz bending machine is developed, which has up to eight dies by moving and rotating the head of the machine. The key technology of tube coordinates transformation is solved by the vector algorithm. For the springback problem, a compensation is add to the final working parameters, which can reduce the testing time and the quantity of scraps. Finally the tube bending simulation system for the new machine is developed based on Visual Studio 2010 and Open GL.
It is an expectation of most of the numerical control products manufacturer that have a powerful controller with whole won intellectual property and without restriction from other companies. The paper introduces a new type of motion controller that based on ARM and EtherCAT field bus. It concludes the analysis and porting method of the EtherCAT soft master source code, and how to modify the driver of dm9000 to make EtherCAT master works correctly. It also gives an example to confirm the reliability of the controller. Since ARM has an open architecture, EtherCAT soft master does not depend on any special hardware card, and Linux OS is an open source system, this controller has open and flexible characteristic both on hardware and software.
In order to investigate the bending performance of Continuous casting 945 steel sandwich board in cross plate, it is carried out the bending performance numerical simulation for Continuous casting 945steel ,find the largest stress zone in bottom plate when it is at the end of the Elastic stage; Find the most adverse regional、limit bearing capacity、stress-strain relationship and stress three-dimensions degree in the ultimate state. The most unfavorable area of board appeared in middle core board and mid-span junction of sandwich board. When applied 10mm and 90mm displacement, the most adverse regional appeared yield and destruction at first time. According to the stress three -dimensional degree can draw that tension board’s destruction form is stretch destroy in the most adverse regional. When applied limit displacement 90mm, the reaction force is 763.4KN in mid-span. The analysis results note that the most unfavorable area of continuous casting 945 steel sandwich board and destruction form, it has some practical significance for future sandwich board test.
