The operational aspect as an aspect directly related to the provision of services to the community will certainly require this BRT system to provide better service quality compared to other public transport service systems. The objectives of this research are: to assess the operational performance of BRT services in DKI Jakarta in the Blok M-Kota corridor in terms of headway, load factor and travel time based on BRT service performance standards and to assess public perceptions of the operational performance of BRT services in corridors. The survey technique was carried out by means of a static survey, on bus, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed that the headway, BRT has a good level of service, when compared to the standard of the Directorate General of Land Transportation where the average standard headway is 5 minutes. While the standard of BP TransJakarta can be said to be good where the headway during peak hours is 2-3 minutes and non-peak hours are 5 minutes. Load factor, the results of the primary survey and analysis show that the load factor has not yet reached the operational target of BP TransJakarta by 70% so that the bus condition still feels roomy and relaxed, although it is much better according to the standards of the Directorate General of Land Transportation. As for travel time, the operational service performance of BRT is in accordance with the standards of the Directorate General of Land Transportation which stipulates the standard travel time is 1-1.5 hours and BP TransJakarta sets 45 minutes, which is much faster where for the Blok M-Kota and Kota-Blok majors. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) Perencanaan, 2) Pengorganisasian, 3) Pelaksanaan, 4) Evaluasi peningkatan kinerja guru untuk menghasilkan pembelajaran bermutu, dan 5) Mutu pembelajaran di SMKN Jakarta. Tiga landasan penting dalam penelitian ini, meliputi landasan teologis, filosofis, dan enam sistem nilai. Teori yang melandasi penelitian ini adalah teori manajemen, teori kinerja, dan teori mutu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi menggunakan wawancara, studi literatur, dan observasi lapangan. Dengan subyek penelitian kepala sekolah, guru, dan komite sekolah. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Temuan utama penelitian ini adalah: 1) Perencanaan peningkatan kinerja guru untuk menghasilkan pembelajaran bermutu telah tersusun cukup baik dan sistematis, namun penyelenggaraannya terdapat beberapa kendala terutama pada sumber daya; 2) Pengorganisasian peningkatan kinerja guru untuk menghasilkan pembelajaran bermutu secara umum sudah berjalan cukup baik, walaupun belum didukung oleh analisis jabatan yang memadai; 3) Pelaksanaan peningkatan kinerja guru untuk menghasilkan pembelajaran bermutu sesuai program telah dilakukan, namun belum efektif; 4) Pengevaluasian peningkatan kinerja guru untuk menghasilkan pembelajaran bermutu dilakukan dalam rangkaian kegiatan terencana, namun belum ditindaklanjuti dengan program-program inovatif yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan; 5) Mutu pembelajaran SMK Negeri di Jakarta telah tercapai sesuai standar.
The main purpose of this paper is to identify and determine the level of regulation on factors that influence the type and characteristics of the pulp so that it can produce optimal quality Calcium Silicate Boards. The experiments were carried out using the Taguchi method and using quality characteristics: strength, deflection, density, and water absorption. Then, the factors that influence product quality are the use of pulp percentage, pulp type, and pulp composition. Data processing uses two analyzes to determine the optimal level setting, which consists of mean analysis and signal to noise ratio analysis, then an experiment is carried out to confirm the predictive value of the level setting factor under optimal conditions. The results showed that the type and composition of the pulp affected the strength and density of the product, the use of the percentage of the pulp affected the deflection of the product, and all factors did not affect the absorption of product water, with an optimal level of regulation: 9.8% percentage of pulp, Y type of pulp, and 100% pulp composition. Confirmation results obtained an average value of the strength test was 154.5 kg / cm2, 13 mm for the deflection test, 1.3275 g / cm3 for the density test and 36.35% for the water absorption test.
