In order to improve the osteoblast growth and bacteria resistance, Zn-containing hydroxyapatite (Zn-HA) and titanium oxide (TiO2) composite coatings were prepared to improve binding between coating and Ti substrate. TiO2 film was prepared on the surface of Ti by micro-arc oxidation (MAO) and Zn-HA coating was deposited on TiO2 using sol–gel technique. Phase structure, composition and microstructure of the surface coatings were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS), respectively. The adhesion strength between the coatings with different Zn content was measured by tensile testing. The results showed that there was no significant influence of Zn content on adhesion strength between coating and Ti substrate.
The reconfiguration and the capacity of rapid adjustment of automotive welding fixture are the main obstacle to the development cycle and the modified automotive products. A set of reconfigurable fixture has been designed tentatively for a series of car product development. It is consisted of the fixture plate with holes in base stations, the three-dimensional adjustment of bearings and the standard fixtures, which show the character of a quick installation location, easy to adjust, shorten the development cycle and so on.

A new-style slick pole self-lock up-down setting is designed to realize large size up-down of crossbeam, its principle is that crossbeam’s “limitless” pass is realized by alternate motion of an overtop elastic cannula and a ringent elastic cannula connected with poles. FEM is used to calculate proper interference value to guarantee that elastic cover can move freely when it is pressed and it can be locked when it isn’t pressed. A new-style slick pole self-lock up-down setting’s design is based on it. Simulation analysis and practical application shows that this method is feasible.
