Ideology is knowledge or values, which are generically the basis for a person or citizens to know and choose the basic behavior of the understanding that is believed. Pancasila is the basis of the state and the view of life of the Indonesian people, in everyday life both in the community. This ideological attitude is very important to be implanted and implemented, because the Pancasila ideology contains rules that apply as a guide in dealing with and solving various problems. As a form of implementation of Pancasila's ideological attitude in dealing with news in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, namely being critical in receiving news, seeking data or truth, by filtering first. Ideologi merupakan pengetahuan atau nilai-nilai, yang secara generik sebagai landasan bagi seorang atau pula warga dapat mengetahui dan memilih perilaku dasar dari pemahaman yang diyakini. Pancasila merupakan dasar negara dan pandangan hidup bangsa Indonesia, dalam kehidupan sehari-hari baik di lingkungan masyarakat. Sikap ideologi itu sangat penting untuk ditanamkan dan diimplementasikan, karena ideologi pancasila memuat aturan-aturan yang berlakaku sebagai petunjuk dalam menghadapi dan menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan. Sebagai salah satu bentuk implementasi sikap ideologi pancasila dalam menghadapi berita di era pandemi Covid-19 yaitu bersikap kritis dalam menerima berita, mencari data atau kebenaran, dengan memfilter terlebih dahulu.
Online learning applied to citizenship education as a result of a Covid-19 pandemic gives a considerable challenge to the development of the student's character. With this of course raises a question ̧ how can the character development of students be implemented only through online learning? By using research design Research and Development (R&D) ¸ this research seeks to reveal an effort to develop the character of students in order to become a digital citizen in the middle of the Covid-19 viral pandemic through citizenship education learning. The results showed that the character development of the students through the implementation of digital citizen concept in online learning of citizenship education courses that are centered on students can be implemented effectively. This is because the learning of citizenship education implemented effectively is able to direct students to think critically to the contextual problems that occur ̧ so that students can show the character as a digital citizen by embedding the basic values of religion, and culture in applying the science¸ technology and art with full sense of responsibility.
Social media is one of many solutions in order to communicate with others and get informations in the era of a pandemic. One type of social media that people often used is Tik Tok. This research’s aim is to see the use of social media especially Tik Tok as a medium to strengthen the national identity in the pandemic era. This research uses qualitative descriptive method with the Tik Tok video population as the data. Data was collected using observation, documentation, and recording techniques. From the results of that, an analysis is carried out on each video that can provide reinforcement to Tik Tok application users regarding national identity. The results of this study indicate the strengthening of national identity in Tik Tok social media, such as identity of Indonesian as the national language, the Red and White Flag as the national flag, the Indonesian song Raya as the national anthem, Garuda Pancasila as the national symbol, Bhineka Tunggal Ika as the country's motto, Pancasila as the basis of the state, and regional culture that have been accepted as national culture.
This research is motivated by the low understanding of learning Citizenship Education or PKN and the low influence of literacy on learning at school or college. Students and students are still low in understanding what literacy is and how literacy activities are and what literacy affects learning at school or in college. From the results of this study, it was found that literacy has a very large influence on learning at school and in college, especially in the subject of Citizenship Education or Civics. Most of the students are aware of and know the big influence of these literacy activities, and there have been many. some of them implement it in learning at school or in college. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan atau PKN dan rendahnya pengaruh literasi terhadap pembelajaran di sekolah ataupun di perguruan tinggi. Para pelajar dan mahasiswa masih rendah dalam memahami apa itu pengertian literasi dan bagaimana kegiatan literasi serta apa pengaruh literasi terhadap pembelajaran di sekolah atau di perguruan tinggi. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa literasi memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap pembelajaran di sekolah maupun di perguruan tinggi khususnya dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan atau PKN, Sebagian besar para pelajar dan mahasiswa pun sudah sadar dan mengetahui pengaruh besar dari kegiatan literasi tersebut, dan sudah banyak beberapa dari mereka yang mengimplementasikannya dalam pembelajaran di sekolah ataupun di perguruan tinggi.
Online learning that is applied to the Citizenship Education course as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic presents quite a challenge for the character development of students. With this, of course, raises a question, how can student character development be carried out only through online learning? By using the Research and Development (RD) research design, this study seeks to reveal an effort to develop student character so that they can become digital citizens in the midst of the Covid-19 virus pandemic through Citizenship Education learning. The results show that the development of student character through the application of the concept of digital citizenship in online learning of the student-centered Citizenship Education course can be carried out effectively. This is because learning Citizenship Education which is implemented effectively is able to direct students to think critically about contextual problems that occur, so that students can show their character as digital citizens by instilling basic religious and cultural values in applying and mastering science and technology and the arts. with great responsibility.
