Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan Manajemen Pembelajaran Dalam Jaringan (Daring) Pada Masa Covid-19 di SMAN 2 Palangka Raya. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran daring meliputi: mendata kondisi siswa, melakukan IHT, sosialisasi perangkat pembelajaran, sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi pembelajaran dan sosialisasi kepada orang tua siswa, serta perencanaan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring sudah berjalan dengan baik menggunakan berbagai aplikasi pembelajaran daring, (3) Pengawasan pembelajaran daring dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah dan pengawas pembina dari Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, (4) Evaluasi pembelajaran daring dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah sebagai penanggung jawab dengan memantau setiap kegiatan yang sedang berjalan dan melakukan supervisi agar sesuai dengan rencana, dan (5) Faktor pendukung meliputi: tersedianya fasilitas seperti: laptop, gadget, komputer, jaringan internet, dan kuota yang dapat mendukung pembelajaran daring; sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah tidak stabilnya jaringan internet. Abstract: This study aims to describe Online Learning Management during the Covid-19 Period at SMAN 2 Palangka Raya. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Validation of this research data using triangulation technique. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Online learning planning includes: recording student conditions, conducting IHT, socialization of learning tools, socialization of the use of learning applications and socialization to parents of students, as well as planning for the preparation of learning tools, (2) The implementation of online learning has been running properly using various online learning applications, (3) Supervision of online learning is carried out by the school and supervisory supervisors from the Central Kalimantan Provincial Education Office, (4) Evaluation of online learning is carried out by the principal as the person in charge by monitoring every ongoing activity and conducting supervision so that it is in accordance with the plan, and (5) supporting factors include: the availability of facilities such as: laptops, gadgets, computers, internet networks, and quotas that can support online learning; while the inhibiting factor is the unstable internet network.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan kantin sehat di SDN 6 Bukit Tunggal Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Sumber data penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru dan para pedagang kantin sekolah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan: reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) proses perencanaan kantin sehat dilakukan dengan tahapan mulai dari identifikasi kebutuhan layanan kantin sehat hingga penetapan jadwal kegiatan kantin sehat; (2) pengorganisasian kantin sehat dilakukan dengan menetapkan struktur organisasi kantin beserta tugas serta tanggungjawab pengelola kantin; (3) pelaksanaan kantin sehat dikelola sekolah bersama penjaga kantin; dan (4) pengawasan kantin sehat dilakukan secara internal oleh pihak sekolah dan eksternal dengan melibatkan stakeholders seperti: Badan POM, Puskesmas Kayon, dan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup. Abstract: This study aims to describe the management of a healthy canteen at SDN 6 Bukit Tunggal Palangka Raya. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Sources of research data consisted of school principals, teachers and school canteen traders. The data was collected by means of observation, interview and documentation study. The data analysis technique was carried out in stages: data reduction, data presentation and verification or drawing conclusions. The results showed that: (1) the planning process for a healthy canteen was carried out with stages starting from identifying the need for healthy canteen services to establishing a schedule for healthy canteen activities; (2) the organization of a healthy canteen is carried out by determining the organizational structure of the canteen and the duties and responsibilities of the canteen manager; (3) implementation of a healthy canteen managed by the school together with the canteen guard; and (4) supervision of the healthy canteen is carried out internally by the school and externally by involving stakeholders such as: the POM, Kayon Puskesmas, and the Environmental Agency. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Manajemen Pelayanan Publik di Unit Layanan Terpadu (ULT) Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumberdata ditetapkan dengan tenik purposive sampling, meliputi: Penanggung jawab ULT, Koordinator ULT, dan Pegawai ULT. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui tahapan: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi dan member check. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Manajemen Pelayanan Publik di ULT LPMP Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah terlaksana dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil survei kepuasan pelanggan bulan januari-maret 2020, tingkat kepuasan masyarakat berada pada kategori baik dengan rerata 3,63 yang menandakan bahwa pelayanan sudah sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat. Abstract: This study aims to describe the Public Service Management in the Integrated Service Unit (ULT) of the Education Quality Assurance Institute (LPMP) of Central Kalimantan Province. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources were determined by purposive sampling technique, including: ULT Person in Charge, ULT Coordinator, and ULT Employee. Data collection techniques through: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis through stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validation of data using triangulation and member check techniques. The results of this study indicate that Public Service Management at ULT LPMP Central Kalimantan Province is well implemented. Based on the results of the customer satisfaction survey in January-March 2020, the level of community satisfaction is in the good category with an average of 3.63 which indicates that the service is in accordance with community expectations.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara kinerja guru dengan prestasi belajar siswa SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh guru yang mengajar pada kelas XII IPS II sejumlah 15 orang, yang selanjutnya ditetapkan sebagai sampel total. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Spearman dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kinerja guru dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas XII di SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya. Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between teacher performance and student achievement at SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya. The population in this study were all 15 teachers who taught in class XII IPS II, which were then designated as the total sample. Data analysis used Spearman correlation with the help of the IBM SPSS version 20 application. The results showed that there was a relationship between teacher performance and student learning outcomes in class XII in SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya.
