The Growth of the online travel agent is driven by the increase in Internet penetration, rise in disposable income of people in emerging markets, and ease of comparing a variety of travel options online. Market players are introducing innovative travel and vacation package deals to assist travelers' in making sound travel decisions as per their spending capability, such as affordable packages for international destination, discounts on car rentals and cash back on international flights. In Indonesia, the growth of Online Travel Agent is more than emerging, it is like a sky-jet, conventional travel agents in Indonesia realize that they cannot ignore the onslaught of Internet technology development along with its users. So, they are willing to add an online service system to their travel agent, therefore they need a suitable example of a well-established online travel agent, so they can adapt the positive aspects and fix the negative aspects. With technological advances, consumer behavior, supply chain support, and specific knowledge possessed by a conventional travel agent before, as they browse to the online world when they have the right strategy, they can become very powerful. Internet will no longer be a threat to conventional travel agents. Learning strategy from well-established online travel agents can be a perfect reference for conventional travel agents that will provide online service system on what matters will affect repurchase intention, then further explore and improve those aspects that can be learned as an example for its success in the future.
This study aims to determine the mapping of research into several scopes of the tourism sector by discussing several topic parameters regarding satisfaction, loyalty, and homestay which were published during 2017 – 2022 and indexed on Google Scholar, analyzing topics related to Satisfaction and Loyalty in Homestay. This study uses a qualitative method with a thematic analysis approach as a data analysis method. This research utilizes the Publish or Perish (PoP) application to collect research data from research results indexed on Google Scholar by entering the keywords "Satisfaction and Loyalty in Homestay". Determination of the sample was carried out by screening publications in the form of journal articles, conference proceedings, book chapters, and books published from 2017-2022. The research data was analyzed using the VoS Viewer application. The results of mapping based on keywords illustrate that there is a research relationship related to the topic of Customer Loyalty with Effect, Guest Satisfaction, and homestay management, then the topic Effect is closely related to customer loyalty, satisfaction, development, perceived value, and tourism. Furthermore, research on the topic of tourism is closely related to community, development, effects, attractiveness, destination loyalty, homestay facilities, and other topics. From several existing research topics, future research can be carried out, such as the topic of risk management associated with the satisfaction and loyalty of tourists staying in homestays. This research was conducted only limited to data sources from Google Scholar so that future research can be developed with data sources originating from Scopus, Crossref, and IEEEXplore.
In the business context, the internet brings with it a transformational impact that creates a new paradigm in business, digital marketing. With the use of the internet mobile, facilitate every transaction to be done by a person like ordering food, clothing purchases, purchasing household needs, and others. Everything is facilitated by the e-commerce. For tourist, traveling is one of necessity, still however there are other requirement that is needed is social. Jakarta Hidden Tour showcases another side of Jakarta city that invites to see, feel, and experience some part of the city to discover the intercultural meeting point of view. This paper presents E-Commerce website transformation especially to be applied for private travel agent. It explores the transformation of the website into e-commerce at Jakarta Hidden Tour, studies the system from e-commerce Jakarta Hidden Tour and formulates future development for ease of transaction. The results show that the Jakarta Hidden Tour starts from using platforms WordPress to BlogSpot because it is free and easy to use. The e-commerce system is then changed to online data. Future development plans can adapt to an increasingly advanced era of application creation, online booking, online transaction or payment as well as development of a tour destination.
Permasalahan yang di bahas dalam penelitian ini adalah Pelestarian Sego Godog Sebagai Makanan Legendaris Di Kabupaten Bantul Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi yang dilakukan dalam Pelestarian Sego Godog Sebagai makanan Legendaris di Kabupaten Bantul Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Sedangkan tektik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Setelah data yang di peroleh terkumpul kemudian di lakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik SWOT. Dari hasil penelitian yang di peroleh menunjukkan bahwa Secara keseluruhan, Fasilitas utama dan fasilitas pendukung di Warung Sego Godog sudah lengkap. Namun jumlah fasilitas seperti kursi dan meja masih kurang untuk menampung banyaknya pengunjung yang datang setiap harinya. Sebaiknya pengelola memperhatikan hal tersebut untuk dapat menyediakan fasilitas meja dan kursi lebih banyak demi kenyamanan para pengunjung yang ingin menikmati Sego Godog.
