This community service activity is intended to provide knowledge updates to Building Engineering Vocational High School teachers regarding the operation of the Tekla Structures BIM, where Tekla Structures is one of the tools of BIM, especially 3D drawings, detailing and material quantity. The method used is to analyze the needs of partners, lectures, discussions, and demonstrations. The participants of the activity, apart from the Building Vocational High School teachers in Banyumas, were also attended by representatives of several Subject Course Teacher Conferences (MGMP) throughout Central Java. Based on the evaluation of the activities, as many as 88.7% of participants had understood the concept of BIM after participating in this activity, participants welcomed and enthusiastically related to the development of learning by always following technological developments, especially in the construction sector.
An important aspect that must be considered in a building design is that apart from being able to use it according to its function and level of strength, it is also necessary to pay attention to the safety aspect against fire hazards. This aspect is very important, considering that there has been an increase in cases of fires in public buildings. This study aims to evaluate the conditions and safety of facilities in buildings against fire hazards. Data collection is done by surveying the existing condition of the building. This study aims to determine and evaluate the reliability and application of fire protection systems in the laboratory building of the Faculty of Engineering, Jenderal Soedirman University. Method data processing using quantitative methods to measure the value of system reliability building safety (NKSKB) against fire hazards based on the manual (pd-T-11-2005-C). The results showed that the NKSKB was 84.29%. Based on the National Fire Protection Association standards and the Regulation of Minister of Public Works No. 26/PRT/M/2008 concerning Technical Guidelines for Preparation of Master Plans Fire Protection System, shows that the fire protection system and building reliability against fire are in good category (B).
Bambu merupakan tanaman rakyat dengan pertumbuhan yang cepat, dimana bambu dengan kualitas baik dapat diperoleh antara umur 3,5 sampai dengan 5 tahun. Pemanfaatan bambu pada sentra kerajinan di desa Kemutug, Kecamatan Baturraden hanya memanfaatkan bahan baku bambu sebagai mebelair seperti kursi, meja, balai bengong. Material waste yang dihasilkan dari produk mebelair ini sangat tinggi dan belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Salah satu alternatif pemanfaatan material waste dari produk bambu adalah dengan dijadikan bambu laminasi untuk menambah nilai ergonomis. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendidikan masyarakat dan pelatihan, pendidikan masyarakat dilakukan dengan memaparkan dan menjelasan mengenai gambaran pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan bambu, Pelatihan dilakukan dengan mempraktikkan proses pembuatan bambu laminasi. Dengan diadakannya kegiatan ini diharapkan akan meningkatkan ketertarikan sentra produksi kerajinan bambu pada bambu laminasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan diversifikasi produk untuk terciptanya ekonomi yang kreatif. Respon dan keberterimaan masyarakat terhadap teknologi bambu laminasi cukup tinggi, masyarakat menyambut baik dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi bambu laminasi.
ABSTRAK Untuk menanggulangi kerusakan dan keruntuhan bangunan akibat gempa bumi yang sering terjadi, di Indonesia sendiri terdapat peraturan yang mengatur tentang tata cara perencanaan ketahanan terhadap gempa, yaitu yang termuat dalam SNI SNI 1726:2012 yang menggantikan peraturan sebelumnya yaitu SNI 03-1726-2002. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh perubahan peraturan yang mengatur ketahanan terhadap gempa di Indonesia dari SNI 03-1726-2002 menjadi SNI 1726:2012, terhadap gaya geser dasar seismik dan simpangan antar lantai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada model struktur gedung beton bertulang bertingkat tujuh dengan analisis 3D yang diletakan pada 6 ibukota provinsi di pulau Jawa yang rawan gempa yaitu kota Jakarta, Banten, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, dan Surabaya dengan asumsi jenis tanah sedang (SD). Metode analisis menggunakan statik ekivalen dan dilakukan dengan bantuan software SAP. Hasil analisis menunjukan nilai gaya geser dasar seismik dan simpangan antar lantai yang terjadi di 6 lokasi yang ditinjau, akibat beban gempa rencana berdasarkan SNI 1726:2012 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan SNI 03-1726-2002. The research purpose was to determine the influence of the changes of the standar SNI 03-1726-2002 became SNI 1726:2012, toward base shear and story drift. The object of research is 3Dimension model of frame concrete structure and consist of 7 storey, placed on six capital of the province of Java Island that is Jakarta, Banten, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya with SD soil. The structure is modeled use software SAP and calculating with static equivalent analysis. The analysis result show that from six observed location, the value of base shear and story drift based on SNI 1726:2012 is bigger than SNI 03-1726-2002.
