This research focuses the problems on how the business barrier analysis that uses e-commerce for sellers of fish seedlings in the village Buden. The theory used in this study is the Uses and Gratifications theory. Methods of research using qualitative research methods. For retrieval information and data set set 5 informant. The data collection techniques used in this research are structured interviews directly. The results of the study found that fundamental issues were delays in shipping products from sellers. Solution: buyer declares estimated delivery time as well as possible delay in delivery. Item issues do not match buyer expectations. Solution: Photo Promotion of a product, especially fish seed products, it is better to use fish type, packaging, and delivery as promotional photo, because it is more realistic than promotional photos that do not use models. Delivery problems do not match the buyer's address. WORKAROUND: If someone wants to buy an item online, he should learn the full address of the delivery destination first, to avoid sending errors by the buyer. Fraud or item issues are not delivered. Solution: Learn about sales performance online through customer responses usually listed on the online Seller promotion page. Information on the response can be used by online sellers to create a reference to sales and service performance, as much as possible the response was publicly exposed on the seller's website. With the buyer's response, it can indirectly provide information on the reputation of online sellers. Then for business people sales of fish seedlings in the village Buden, can examine the results of this research as an alternative learning solution for the improvement of online business, either as a seller, reseller, or buyer.
East Java Province has great tourism potential with tourism-based development that can provide economic growth for East Java Province. It is as an effort to maintain the existence of tourism development and government transportation policies through various tourist destinations and complete new infrastructure. With the rapid development of tourism, the tourism sub-sector makes a major contribution to local government revenues. So, the purpose of this study is to determine the results of the analysis of tourism policy and transportation policy. In the identification, it was found that the transportation variable plays a major role in tourism growth which also affects the economic growth of the surrounding community and the region so that the poverty rate decreases. The results of the study show that of the 13 selected variables have a significant influence on the value of supporting factors for tourism transportation policies, this reflects that among the variables proposed as the role of the government to facilitate the implementation of good tourism for tourism development and government policies, and the results turned out to have an effect on the management of tourist destinations in the implementation of tourism in East Java. Thus, the results of the median and std deviation are fully supported.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendiskripsikan bagaimana Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Lamongan melakukan penerapan budaya kerja dan motivasi kerja dalam rangka peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Disparbud sebagai organisasi pemerintahan yang bergerak dalam bidang pembangunan daerah, dimana peran sumber daya manusia sangat penting untuk mencapai visi dan misi. Dalam upaya untuk membangun sumber daya manusia, proses kerja, dan hasil kerja yang lebih baik, diharapkan bersumber dari perilaku setiap individu, artinya pembentukan budaya kerja dan motivasi kerja dari pegawai maupun pemimpin merupakan kerangka dasar manajemen dari suatu organisasi, yang dilakukan secara konsisten dengan koordinasi yang baik dimana sangatlah penting dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi organisasi. Proses pembentukan yang dilakukan secara berkesinambungan yang tidak lepas dari kerja keras pemimpin inilah akan menghasilkan dampak yang signifikan terhadap organisasi. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Fokus penelitian antara lain : pertama, penerapan budaya kerja meliputi, disiplin kerja pegawai (ketepatan waktu, tanggung jawab yang tinggi, dan disiplin terhadap peraturan), keterbukaan pegawai, saling menghargai antar pegawai, kerja sama antar pegawai. Kedua, penerapan motivasi kerja yang meliputi motivasi dalam melaksanakan tugas dalam pencapaian hasil yang maksimal, motivasi dalam pelaksanaan disiplin jam kerja, motivasi dalam menghargai dan melaksanakan kerjasama antara atasan dan bawahan, motivasi dalam meningkatkan kerjasama antara atasan dan bawahan serta kerjasama antar pegawai, serta motivasi dalam melaksanakan peraturan kedinasan. Ketiga yaitu dampak dari penerapan budaya kerja dan motivasi kerja. Berkaitan dengan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka disarankan kepada kepala Disparbud berupaya meningkatkan budaya kerja dan motivasi kerja pegawainya. Sebelumnya alangkah baiknya pemimpin mengetahui karakteristik, cara kerja, kepribadian pegawainya, sebagai acuan peningkatan budaya kerja dan motivasi kinerja pegawainya sesuai dengan pencapaian visi dan misi.
