Islam is a comprehensive religion. Islam is not only discussing about the dimension of ukhrowi (hereafter) but also world. One of that dimension is practicing of entrepreneur. Practicing of entrepreneur is one of the way to get a performance’s successful. In Islamic perspective, the success of muslimpreneur performance is associated in word of Al falah. Al falah is a success concept for muslimpreneur in the world and hereafter. There are many factors that affect the success of muslimpreneur performance. Human intelligent as the main factor surrounding of that. According to the phenomenon, this research aims to examine the effect of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual quotient toward the muslimpreneur performance. This research used descriptive analityc method. The population of this research is the Islamic small entreprise in Purwakarta regent with 86 number of samples. Double-linier-regression is used as analysis instrument. Library and field research as the dimension of research through questionnaire. The result of this research indicates first, partially, the muslimpreneur performance is insignificantly affected by intellectual and emotional quotient variable. Only the spiritual quotient that significantly affects toward the muslimpreneur perfomance. Second, simultanously, the muslimpreneur performance is significantly affected by the variable of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual quotient. This research is limited in independend variable. Exploring the most essential independen variable should be done in order to get better result. Pengendalian persediaan bahan baku diperlukan untuk perusahaan untuk menjamin kelancaran bagian proses produksinya. PT. SEA merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam pembuatan Al-Quran. Sistem persediaaan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan masih menggunakan intuisi, dengan melakukan pemesanan secara terpisah pada setiap jenis bahan baku apabila persediaan bahan baku di gudang mengalami kekurangan. Pemesanan bahan baku dilakukan tanpa mempertimbangkankan bahan baku lain yang berasal dari supplier yang sama. Yang mengakibatkan tingginya ongkos persediaan. Solusi yang tepat sesuai dengan masalah tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan model persediaan stokastik pada kasus joint replenishment. Metode ini menghasilkan interval waktu pemesanan yang dilakukan secara gabungan dan inventori maksimum untuk setiap jenis bahan baku. Frekuensi pemesanan yang dilakukan perusahaan berdasarkan data masa lalu dilakukan sebanyak 13 kali menjadi sebanyak 5 kali per tahun. Sehingga menghasilkan penghematan frekuensi waktu pemesanan sebesar 61,58%. kali. Sedangkan penghematan ongkos persedian dari awal adalah Rp 989.840.767,50 per tahun per tahun. Total ongkos persediaan dengan menggunakan hasil rancangan bernilai Rp 982.254.563,75 per tahun, menghemat sekitar Rp. 7.586.20375 pertahun atau turun sekitar 0,7%.
The purpose of this study is to combine conceptual work that combines Sundanese culture based on existing philosophy in the community with entrepreneurial characteristics from various entrepreneurial literature, from this research expected tobe carried out by Sundanese philosophy that encourages and improves Sundanese personality to have the functional as an entrepreneur. The research used descriptive qualitative method, with literature based on journals, magazines, and other relevant ones and conducting limited interviews relevant to the purpose of the study, the analysis used descriptive analysis by discussing with Sundanese society. The results of this study reveal the existence of Sundanese philosophy originating from various sources including oral culture related to the type of entrepreneurship, although not directly and explicitly to become an entrepreneur. Nevertheless, for the future the cultural approach as the basis for forming entrepreneurship is very necessary, including Sundanese entrepreneurship that are trained through the approach of philosophy and other teachings of Sundanese culture including Religion and the value of spirituality that can still be practiced by Sundanese people.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, karakteristik individu dan komitmen normatif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Eins Trend Factory 2 . Pada data yang dimiliki PT. Eins Trend Factory 2 terdapat informasi pencapaian kinerja yang kurang optimal, hal ini terlihat dari produksi yang tidak mencapai target produksi dan mengalami penurunan pencapaian target produksi setiap tahunnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan pendekatan verifikatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Eins Trend Factory 2 sebanyak 83 responden, dengan nonprobability sampling dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji F dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, variable karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sementara komitmen normatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta Stres kerja, karakteristik individu dan komitmen normatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
