Introduction: Perawat is very at risk of burnout due to high workload and increased work stress. Many factorsrelated to work and outside of work that cause burnout so it needs attention from professionals to reduce the effects of burnout among nursing staff. This literature aims toanalyze the application of caring, a strategy to reduce burnout in nurses. Methode: Conducting a literature review of journals using Three academic databases (Science Direct, PubMed, ProQuest and Google Scholar), Inclusion criteria in literature studies are: English articles, research on nurses on caring and burnout, publish in 2017-2022, with mix methode/quasi experiment design and cross secsional. Keywords used Caring AND Burnout AND Nurses. Instrument: Guide in reviewing journals using PRISMA. Result and Analysis: Nineteen study literature meets the criteria for inclusion in the review. The participants were nurses at various hospitals. The results of several articles show the impact of caring application on nurse burnout. Deliver burnout by building a conducive work environment, reducing workload, rewards and management support. Analysis shows association of caring application to decreased burnout incidence in female nursesDiscussion and Conclusion: There needs to be organizational support to overcome burnout. Organizational support will reduce job dissatisfaction and absenteeism . Areas of work life are predictors of work fatigue. Improving the work environment is a solution for hospitals that want to simultaneously reduce nurse fatigue and increase the satisfaction of nurses and patients in providing safe and high-quality care. Rematik adalah suatu penyakit peradangan berupa nyeri, pembengkakan, dan dapat menyebabkan kerusakan di sekitar sendi yang berakibat dapat mengganggu aktivitas. Lansia sangat beresiko terkena penyakit baik akut maupun kronis begitu juga dengan penyakit degenerative. Rematik merupakan salah satu penyakit degenerative yang perlu pemecahan masalah supaya kambuh kembali. Tingkat pengetahuan tentang reumatik di masyarakat teridentifikasi masih sangat kurang. Pengetahuan dianggap sangat penting dan sangat berdampak terhadap sikap dan prilaku npada lansia yang rematik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan sikap lansia dalam mengatasi kekambuhan penyakit reumatik di Kelurahan Linggasari Kecamatan Ciamis Kabupaten Ciamis Tahun 2021. Metode penelitian menggunakan analitik kuantitatif melalui pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel adalah lansia penderita reumatik yang berusia 60 tahun di Kelurahan Linggasari Kecamatan Ciamis Kabupaten Ciamis Tahun 2021 sebanyak 65 orang, pengambilanya dengan menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan lebih dari sebagian responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan kurang 35 orang (53,8%), sebagian responden meliliki sikap unfavorable (tidak mendukung) 41 orang (63,1%) dalam mengatasi kekambuhan penyakit reumatik. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan sikap lansia dalam mengatasi kekambuhan penyakit reumatik di Kelurahan Linggasari Kecamatan Ciamis Kabupaten Ciamis.Tahun 2021 karena nilai a > ? value (0,05 > 0,000). Saran diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuannya dengan bertanya kepada.Rheumatism is an inflammatory disease in the form of pain, swelling, and can cause damage around the joints which can interfere with activities. The elderly are very at risk of developing both acute and chronic diseases as well as degenerative diseases. Rheumatism is one of the degenerative diseases that need problem solving in order to relapse. The level of knowledge about rheumatism in the community was identified as still very lacking. Knowledge is considered very important and has an impact on attitudes and behavior in the elderly with rheumatism. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the attitude of the elderly in overcoming the recurrence of rheumatic disease in Linggasari Village, Ciamis District, Ciamis Regency in 2021. The research method used quantitative analysis through a cross sectional approach. The sample is the elderly with rheumatism who are 60 years old in the Linggasari Village, Ciamis District, Ciamis Regency in 2021 as many as 65 people, the selection is using proportional random sampling. The results showed that more than some respondents had a level of knowledge less than 35 people (53.8%), some respondents had an unfavorable attitude (not supportive) 41 people (63.1%) in overcoming the recurrence of rheumatic disease. There is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and the attitude of the elderly in overcoming the recurrence of rheumatic disease in Linggasari Village, Ciamis District, Ciamis Regency. In 2021 because the value of a > ? value (0.05 > 0.000). Suggestions are expected to increase their knowledge by asking questions.
ABSTRAKCorona virus diseases 2019 atau yang biasa kita singkat covid-19 saat ini menjadi permasalah di seluruh negara di dunia, terutama setelah terjadi kematian dalam waktu yang singkat. Pengetahuan tentang wabah dan aturan protokol kesehatan pada adaptasi kebiasaan normal pada masyarakat masih sangat kurang. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah masyarakat berusia 17-60 tahun di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ciamis Kabupaten Ciamis periode Januari-Maret Tahun 2021 sebanyak. 100 orang dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar pengetahuan masyarakat tentang protokol kesehatan new normal pada masa pandemi Covid-19 masih kurang sebanyak 55 orang (55%) sebagian besar responden tidak patuh terhadap protokol kesehatan new normal pada masa pandemi Covid-19 sebanyak 63 orang (63%). Sehingga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan masyarakat tentang protokol kesehatan new normal pada masa pandemi covid-19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ciamis Tahun 2021 karena nilai chi square (χ2) hitung > chi square (χ2) tabel (54,863 > 5,991) dan nilai α > ρ value (0,05 > 0,001). Diharapkan masyarakat lebih meningkatkan pemahaman tentang protokol kesehatan new normal pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dengan cara mengikuti berbagai penyuluhan dari tenaga kesehatan.
Kanker payudara, salah satu kanker saat ini, merupakan jenis kanker yang sangat menakutkan bagi wanita dalam Indonesia & dalam seluruh dunia. Kanker payudara adalah suatu bentuk keganasan dalam mana selsel payudara tumbuh & berkembang dalam luar kendali & mampu menyebar antar jaringan atau organ dalam dekat payudara atau ke bagian tubuh lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan kanker payudara memakai perilaku deteksi dini kanker payudara pada wanita usia subur dalam Desa Margadzhaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengusut suatu populasi atau sampel tertentu. Desain atau pendekatan yang digunakan adalah crosssectional & merupakan jenis desain penelitian yang menekankan pada ketika untuk mengukur atau mengamati data variabel bebas & terikat hanya sekali dalam satu ketika. Hasilnya, menurut hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil menurut 0,05 menjadi akibatnya Ho ditolak & Ha lulus yang terbukti menghipnotis tingkat pengetahuan tentang kanker payudara pada SADARI. Perilaku wanita usia subur dalam Desa Margajaya, Kecamatan Sukadana, Kabupaten Siamis, 2018. Kesimpulan penelitian menerangkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan tentang kanker payudara bekerjasama positif memakai perilaku wanita usia subur terhadap deteksi dini kanker payudara. Introduction: Family-centered care (FCC) is currently taking a greater role in health care, due to the increasing empowerment of the parental experience. This literature aims to find out the study of the philosophy of child nursing services based on Family Centered CareMethode: The study of this literature through the search of scientific publications ranges from 201 7-2022. The databases used are Pubmed, Science Direct, and Proquest. The literature search was conducted according to the topic with four keyword groups based on Medical Subject Heading (MeSH) and combined with Boolean operators AND, OR and NOT, keywords Child AND Family AND Centered AND Care. Result: The study of the philosophy of child nursing services based on Family Centered Care is conducted based on the study of ontology, epistomotogi and axiology. Family-centered care (FCC) is a philosophy that emphasizes partnerships between parents and health care staff. The FCC's basic principles in neonatal intensive care units (NICs) are unlimited parental presence and parental participation, shared responsibility and decision-making about infant hospital care, and open communication between parents and staff. A family-centered treatment approach has benefits such as maintaining a bond between the child and the family, allowing the family to engage in child care, and minimizing the negative effects of hospitalization on the child and family.Conclusion: FCC is beneficial for nurses in terms of efficiency and effectiveness of time in the care process and increases professional satisfaction. Therefore, the implementation of the FCC is more effective and the satisfaction of clients and families is more increased.
