Jumlah penduduk di kota Jakarta yang meningkat setiap tahun memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap kebutuhan sistem transportasi. Oleh karena itu, sudah selayaknya untuk memperbaiki sistem perencanaan beserta infrastruktur pendukung transportasi agar tercipta kondisi kota yang teratur dengan menerapkan konsep pembangunan berorientasi transit atau Transit Oriented Development (TOD). TOD merupakan jenis pembangunan yang mengintegrasikan ruang kota dengan tujuan untuk menyatukan kegiatan, orang, bangunan dan ruang publik yang dapat dicapai dengan berjalan kaki serta terletak dalam radius 500 meter dari pelayanan angkutan umum. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah analisis pembobotan kuantitatif menggunakan scorecard analysis yang dikeluarkan oleh Institute for Transportation and Development Policy (ITDP) melalui TOD Standard 3.0. Sistem penilaian ini sederhana, yaitu mendistribusikan 100 poin yang terserbar pada 25 metrik untuk mengukur implementasi dari 8 prinsip TOD. Kemudian, hasil poin keseluruhan dijumlahkan untuk menentukan peringkat TOD yang didapatkan dimana minimal 55 poin agar kawasan TOD Dukuh Atas dapat dikatakan berorientasi transit. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian yang dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwa kawasan TOD Dukuh Atas tidak mencapai 55 poin sehingga belum dapat memasuki standar terendah kawasan TOD yang dikeluarkan oleh ITDP.
<p><strong><em>Abstract </em></strong></p><p><em>The </em><em>rapid urban growth at the periphery area developed by residential developers impacted on the socio-spatial segregation between new and pre-existing indigenous settlements. One phenomenon is that many indigenous settlements are enclaved in the new settlement area. Changes in landscape and environment around indigeneus settlement are occured as a result of a pressure. It is the main factor for suddened changes in the pattern of livelihood of enclaved settlement inhabitants. This article is intended to explain the findings on how the inhabitants of enclaved settlement respond and survive to these changes and pressures in the spatial context. The study employed descriptive analysis method by observing the characteristics of settlements by focusing on the quality of inhabitants’ life related to the spatial changes and segregations phenomena. The results of the study highlight that the spatial changes and the survival community are a form of adaptation procces to get economic benefit by making changes to their lands or buildings because of the residential development in its sorrounding. These phenomena resulted in the emergence of economic interactive space in the specific spatial arrangement. </em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: enclaved settlements, economic interactive space, adaptation </em></p>
Planning for Ananda's Early Childhood Education (PAUD) learning room, located in a densely populated and densely populated residential district of Tambora District, West Jakarta, was carried out due to lack of knowledge and funds to build and carry out maintenance. Therefore, additional knowledge, assistance and a pilot of healthy learning environment facilities are needed. Counseling, assistance and demonstration conducted are bottom up through a participatory planning approach. This is done so that the planning, design, and maintenance of environmental facilities are in accordance with the needs and abilities of the community, can be accepted by the community, as well as a medium for community learning or transfer of knowledge related to the planning, design and maintenance of environmental facilities, especially PAUD facilities. In addition, with this participatory approach it is hoped that a strong sense of ownership will emerge as a basis for self-supporting and sustainable maintenance and development of public facilities.Perencanaan ruang belajar Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) Ananda yang terletak di pemukiman padat penduduk dan padat bangunan Kecamatan Tambora, Jakarta Barat dilakukan karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan biaya untuk membangun dan melakukan perawatan. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan pengetahuan tambahan, pendampingan serta percontohan tentang fasilitas lingkungan belajar yang sehat. Penyuluhan, pendampingan serta percontohan yang dilakukan bersifat bottom up melalui pendekatan partisipatory planning. Hal ini dilakukan agar perencanaan, perancangan, dan perawatan fasilitas lingkungan tersebut sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kemampuan masyarakat, dapat diterima oleh masyarakat, serta menjadi media pembelajaran masyarakat atau transfer of knowledge terkait perencanaan, perancangan, dan perawatan fasilitas lingkungan, khususnya fasilitas PAUD. Selain itu dengan pendekatan partisipatif ini diharapkan timbul rasa kepemilikan yang kuat (sense of belonging) yang akan menjadi modal dasar bagi pemeliharaan dan pengembangan fasilitas publik secara swadaya dan berkelanjutan.
Communal space will be managed optimally for the development and maintenance carried out by pesertauni. In Tambora Flats (Rusunawa), spacious units of dwelling cause residents need communal space as a place for them to socialize quickly. Understanding and skills regarding the development and maintenance of independent (participatory) spaces are very much needed to improve the use of space, improve the quality of the environment, as well as improve the skills of low-cost housing residents. The target of PKM this time consists of piloting the construction of recycled concrete communal spaces and participatory communal maintenance rooms. The PKM program this time aims to increase knowledge and understanding of communal spaces and the ability to develop these spaces in a participatory manner. The purpose was made through a demonstration of communal space using concrete materials, concrete residue tests from the FTSP Concrete Laboratory as the main material for making benches and garden boundaries. The pilot participants were RW 11 management, RT 009 management, residents who work as artisans, and other residents of Tambora Rusunawa residents in Kelurahan Angke, Tambora District. Participatory agreement required by residents from the design process to completion. The communication room PKM Team Program provides an insight into the design of a good communal space with facilitators who encourage residents to get in the care of the space
Pada hakikatnya sebuah pemukiman harus memenuhi persyaratan planologi yang ditetapkan serta memenuhi persyaratan layak huni, sehingga fungsi hunian tetap terjaga sebagaimana mestinya, akan tetapi fenomena perubahan fungsi hunian menjadi komersil tidak dapat dihindari, dalam hal ini khususnya di wilayah Kecamatan Kembangan. Pengaruh derajat aksesibilitas di wilayah tersebut dipercaya sebagai faktor penyebab terjadinya perubahan fungsi hunian menjadi komersil, diantaranya faktor kelas jalan serta akses transpotasi publik yang ada di wilayah Kecamatan Kembangan sebagai variable penelitian yang akan dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mencari bagaimana pengaruh kelas jalan yang serta keberadaan transportasi umumnya terhadap perubahan fungsi hunian menjadi komersil di wilayah Kecamatan Kembangan. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dijadikan pertimbangan-pertimbangan dalam membuat pedoman serta prinsip-prinsip umum perancangan sebuah kota dalam mengendalikan fenomena dimaksud.
