<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Kawasan Pecinan hadir di banyak kota di pulau Jawa terutama didaerah sepanjang pantai Utara. Seiring berjalannya waktu kawasan-kawasan ini sudah mulai menghilang, tetapi ‘bekas’ kehadirannya masih terasa kental sekali. Suasana yang khas, diperkuat dengan adanya klenteng sebagai pusat kegiatan keagamaan dan sosial menjadi simbol akan eksistensi kawasan pecinan.</p><p>Kawasan Pecinan Lasem merupakan suatu kawasan hunian sekaligus tempat kegiatan sosial untuk mendukung kehidupan penghuninya memiliki karakteristik arsitektur berbeda dengan kawasan lainnya di kota Lasem. Kawasan pecinan di Lasem saat ini berkembang menjadi pusat perdagangan dan industri batik. Permasalahan yang terjadi di kawasan Pecinan Lasem saat ini adalah mulai pudarnya bangunan-bangunan bergaya Cina yang ada karena ditinggalkan penghuninya, atau telah beralih menjadi fungsi baru. Untuk mengetahui karakteristik Pecinan Lasem saat ini dilakukan dengan cara mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen fisik pembentuk kota dengan menggunakan teori dari Hamid Shirvani, yang terdiri dari :</p><p>1. Guna lahan (<em>land use</em>)</p><p>2. Bentuk dan massa bangunan (<em>building form &</em><em> </em><em>massing</em>)<em></em></p><p>3. Sirkulasi dan perparkiran (<em>circulation & parking</em>)</p><p>4. Ruang terbuka (<em>open space</em>)</p><p>5. Pedestrian (<em>pedestrian ways</em>)</p><p>6. Preservasi (<em>preservation</em>)</p><p>Secara keseluruhan kawasan pecinan Lasem, dilihat dari 8 elemen pembentuk kota tersebut di atas, unsur budaya cina masih terlihat cukup kental pada bangunan-bangunan yang tersisa di kawasan pecinan Lasem ini.</p><p> </p><p>Kata kunci: Pecinan, Karakter, Elemen fisik, Lasem</p><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>Chinatown region is present in many cities on the island of Java, especially in areas along the North coast. As time passes these areas have started to disappear, but the 'former' presence still feels very strong. Typical atmosphere, reinforced by the pagoda as the center of religious and social activities become a symbol of the existence of Chinatown. Lasem Pecinan Region is a residential area as well as a place of social activities to support the life of its inhabitants have different architectural characteristics with other areas in the city of Lasem. Chinatown area in Lasem is currently developing into a center of trade and batik industry. The problems that occur in the Lasem Chinatown area today are beginning to fade Chinese-style buildings that existed due to the abandonment of its inhabitants, or have turned into a new function. To know the current characteristics of Lasem Chinatown is done by identifying the physical elements of city-building by using the theory of Hamid Shirvani, which consists of:</em></p><pre><em>1. The mosque which was built in various regions in Indonesia has a variety of its uniqueness. People in Indonesia in general only see that people understand architecture in a mosque only as a domed building or apply Middle Eastern elements only. However, many mosques in Indonesia have applied various Vernaculars to their architectural applications and experienced significant changes to the concept and form of the building. This study aims to find the application of Vernacular facades to 4 mosques in Indonesia, namely the Great Mosque of West Sumatra, the Sunan Ampel Mosque, the Great Mosque of Central Java, and the Grand Mosque of K.H. Hasyim Asyari. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques based on journals and articles from the Internet and processed using tables in the form of variables with variables in the form of roofs and mosque wall ornaments. The results of this study are the application of vernacular roof architecture to the mosque in the form of modifications of the local form of each mosque that originates and the application of ornaments on the walls of the mosque which is an adaptation of the local architecture of the local area.
Communal space will be managed optimally for the development and maintenance carried out by pesertauni. In Tambora Flats (Rusunawa), spacious units of dwelling cause residents need communal space as a place for them to socialize quickly. Understanding and skills regarding the development and maintenance of independent (participatory) spaces are very much needed to improve the use of space, improve the quality of the environment, as well as improve the skills of low-cost housing residents. The target of PKM this time consists of piloting the construction of recycled concrete communal spaces and participatory communal maintenance rooms. The PKM program this time aims to increase knowledge and understanding of communal spaces and the ability to develop these spaces in a participatory manner. The purpose was made through a demonstration of communal space using concrete materials, concrete residue tests from the FTSP Concrete Laboratory as the main material for making benches and garden boundaries. The pilot participants were RW 11 management, RT 009 management, residents who work as artisans, and other residents of Tambora Rusunawa residents in Kelurahan Angke, Tambora District. Participatory agreement required by residents from the design process to completion. The communication room PKM Team Program provides an insight into the design of a good communal space with facilitators who encourage residents to get in the care of the space
ABSTRAKArsitektur Melayu Riau memiliki keunikan yang terletak pada aspek-aspek yang selalu berkaitan dengan adat dan agama masyarakat Melayu. Arsitektur Melayu memiliki peran penting dalam pelestarian budaya Melayu Indonesia di Riau karena merupakan batas terluar Indonesia dengan negara Singapura dan Malaysia. Mayoritas hotel resort di Riau tidak memiliki karakteristik arsitektur melayu melainkan karakteristik bangunan yang lebih modern. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode tipologi yaitu dengan cara pengelompokan berdasarkan tipe atau elemen arsitektur melayu pada hotel resort dari konteks arsitektur tradisional Melayu Riau. Elemen yang diteliti terdiri dari muka bangunan (Fasad) Rumah Melayu adalah bumbung (atap), dinding, pintu dan tingkap (jendela) yang disetiap elemennya dikategorikan kembali sesuai dengan peletakan dan bentuk nya. Elemen yang mendominasi Arsitektur Melayu Riau pada atap berupa atap layar, pada dinding menggunakan kayu kaset, pada pintu berupa pintu kayu dua daun, pada jendela berupa jendela jejarak dan pada ornament berupa kaluk pakis dan lebang gantung pada lisplank dan ventilasi. ABSTRACTRiau Malay Architecture has a uniqueness that lies in aspects that are always related to the customs and religion of the Malay community. Malay architecture has an important role in the preservation of Indonesian Malay culture in Riau because it is Indonesia's outer boundary with Singapore and Malaysia. The majority of resort hotels in Riau do not have Malay architectural characteristics but rather more modern building characteristics. This research was conducted by typology method, namely by grouping based on the type or Malay architectural elements in resort hotels from the context of traditional Malay Malay architecture. The elements studied consist of the face of the building (facade) of the Malay house is a bumbung (roof), wall, door and window (window) which each element is categorized again according to the laying and shape. Elements that dominate Riau Malay Architecture on the roof are screen roofs, on the walls using wooden tapes, on the door in the form of two-leaf wooden doors, on a window in the form of a lined window and on the ornament in Kaluk Pakis and Lebah Gantung on list plank and ventilation.
Planning for Ananda's Early Childhood Education (PAUD) learning room, located in a densely populated and densely populated residential district of Tambora District, West Jakarta, was carried out due to lack of knowledge and funds to build and carry out maintenance. Therefore, additional knowledge, assistance and a pilot of healthy learning environment facilities are needed. Counseling, assistance and demonstration conducted are bottom up through a participatory planning approach. This is done so that the planning, design, and maintenance of environmental facilities are in accordance with the needs and abilities of the community, can be accepted by the community, as well as a medium for community learning or transfer of knowledge related to the planning, design and maintenance of environmental facilities, especially PAUD facilities. In addition, with this participatory approach it is hoped that a strong sense of ownership will emerge as a basis for self-supporting and sustainable maintenance and development of public facilities.Perencanaan ruang belajar Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) Ananda yang terletak di pemukiman padat penduduk dan padat bangunan Kecamatan Tambora, Jakarta Barat dilakukan karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan biaya untuk membangun dan melakukan perawatan. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan pengetahuan tambahan, pendampingan serta percontohan tentang fasilitas lingkungan belajar yang sehat. Penyuluhan, pendampingan serta percontohan yang dilakukan bersifat bottom up melalui pendekatan partisipatory planning. Hal ini dilakukan agar perencanaan, perancangan, dan perawatan fasilitas lingkungan tersebut sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kemampuan masyarakat, dapat diterima oleh masyarakat, serta menjadi media pembelajaran masyarakat atau transfer of knowledge terkait perencanaan, perancangan, dan perawatan fasilitas lingkungan, khususnya fasilitas PAUD. Selain itu dengan pendekatan partisipatif ini diharapkan timbul rasa kepemilikan yang kuat (sense of belonging) yang akan menjadi modal dasar bagi pemeliharaan dan pengembangan fasilitas publik secara swadaya dan berkelanjutan.
